Thanks for another informative & entertaining show. Im here at the party LATE. But, I finally made it.
I was VERY HAPPY to see Swasy had another tone to his voice & gear in general. I watched him with Shilo & how he was giving & reminding him of little techniques to take him over the top. I realize that all tones & gears are necessary. Also William when you spoke on the tone of Coach Primes first visit. My light bulb came on 💡😏🤭

I know the season basically just ended recently. But, Im EXCITED for the NEW season... Im eager to see the new guys mesh with the CU vets.
Im also excited to see The NFL Draft, Im sending up PRAYERS 🙏🙏🙏 for all the former Buffs, that enter the Draft are placed.

CU was definitely out physicalled in the losses, especiaally, the Nebraska and KU games. Hopefully , coach Swasey can bring a new tougher mindset that refuses to be pushed around in the trenches even after being punched i the mouth in the 1st quarter.

Why are so many people falling for the sports media bait of putting Coach Primes name in headlines? Both Coach Prime and Sports Media News know how to hook the consumer. If y’all had the opportunity to sit in board meetings with show producers as they discuss the data of ratings and revenue that is generated when Coach Primes names is mentioned, y’all would be floored.

I enjoy your shows together. Please include part of a show about players who you think don't belong, if any. I realize the sensitivity about the subject but just thirsting for other viewpoints. And also in depth about NIL and CU self funding 20M for paying players. Will it be both, etc?

The kids don't need a new voice every year if it's the right voice. The staff is already bloated. How can you guys live in Colorado and not know who the Utes are? There's more to Colorado than the few miles around Denver, fellas
The staff is not bloated at all. This is how big time programs do things. Cover all bases, interact closely with every player. S&C staff should be at least five guys to ensure that every guy gets coached all the time. OL and DL staffs should be at least three guys to teach every guy at every position appropriate technique. Our S&C staff lost two guys to significant promotions this year--one to the NFL and the other to be head S&C coach at a P4 program. So we needed to bring in a couple new people anyway. This is a great addition to the program.
And of course we know who the Utes are. CU has played them every single year for over a decade. I'm well aware of what's outside Denver, and Adam lives up north not even near Denver. 😉

@@lastoneleft100 One thing I hate is giving the boss an excuse for not getting the job done. This argument is so tired and sad. He's not shopping for Benz's with Ford money. Coach Prime is better than that. And quite frankly they have brought in some good talent on the O-line in this first portal window, and if anyone is not excited about it, well too bad. Most people on here wouldn't know a good offensive linemen if he walked up and pissed on their shoes. And at the end of the day I don't care if they bring in the best linemen in the country, if they are not coached well and are not given a solid offensive scheme and good play calling, they won't look any better than last year.
And while I'm on a rant, let's actually be honest here about this--the 2024 offensive line was FAR better than the the 2023 offensive line. It was not great by any means but most of the time it was at least serviceable. My point here is that we had to rebuild from zero in 2023 and we got what we could get. Then we got better in 2024. And we will get better again in 2025--IF--IF--IF--we hire a good O-line coach and Shurmur does his job well. It's a process and the process is on track.
But if you want to blame everything on the O-line, go ahead. It's simplistic and wrong, but go ahead. And if you want to blame everything on NIL money, go ahead. It's also simplistic and wrong, but go ahead.
Me? I'm going to continue to be honest and tell you all that almost nothing in life is as simplistic as some people want to make it.
I like the O-linemen we've added in this first portal window. There is enough here for a good coach to give us a good offensive line. If they don't do it, that's on them.
