Lvl20 is lvl 2000 before i think
Lvl20 is the new lvl2000 so your character can get the hero skill

because I logged in 4 different account(log in/out)and I dont encounter IP Block

Maybe logging in logging out should have at least a few mins delay because I encountered ip ban earlier logging in multiple account as quick as I can (website 8 accounts I and 2 on pc)

you can create 19 max character/account
if you want to create more than 19 character you have to pay for the character slot unlocker in the cash shop OR create another account

Its either they have a lot of sub characters and TIME or they have disposable income
it may seem that some ppl get a lot of gold too easy but it is not that easy to be honest.
its either they farm gold non stop because they only have time or they spend real life cash bcoz all of their time is poured into work and they have no time to grind.
