you can create 19 max character/account if you want to create more than 19 character you have to pay for the character slot unlocker in the cash shop OR create another account

@@saskara6641Novice guide gives enhancement hammer for necklace. No need for enhancement to blacksmith.

Lvl20 is lvl 2000 before i think
Lvl20 is the new lvl2000 so your character can get the hero skill
