Well if u all can't handle d oil just melt some butter roll them in it coat in bread crumbs if u like and bake it instead of frying u can also sprinkle some herbs on it b4 baking for extra decor and flavor.....i tink it's a nice basic recipe to build on....

Before trying I wasn't very sure of the taste and also thought it would be very oily , but it's nothing like that at all. Obviously after frying I soaked the excessive oil into tissue paper.. and it tastes yummiii

You can first dip the packets in cornflour tand water passte then deep fry. It will taste better and it. Will not be oily also

Add a pinch of salt into the oil and fry the bread cheese cubes .. Wen we add a pinch of salt into the oil , the bread does not absorbs the oil .

I had made in my home much before ,,,
Garm garm turant to acha h , but agar zra c bhi der hui ( just if more than 10 minut ) to andar ka cheeze fir se solidify ho jata hai ,,, fir wo esi feelibg aati h jaese kachcha cheese ese hi utha k kha rahe ,, or plus bread soaks much oil bada hi ajeeb taste lgta h ,,,
It will be better if we grind the cheese n then mix it with oregano n chili flakes ,,, tb turant nahi solidification hoga ,, n then pizza wali melted cheese ki feeling aayegi ,,,
