never did much work with sensenich props- our shop did a lot of hartzell turbine units and some mccauley stuff. i did everything but the actual grinding of blades- we had a guy who must have been born of sculptors doing that. when he was done grinding a set- they all looked absolutely identical. i still marvel at his work nearly 30 years later.

you can overhaul just about anything in a propeller shop- just don't let an faa inspector see non-aircraft-related stuff in there. its fun working on stuff that A&P's are forbidden to work on.

if you need a prop for your plane youre better off buying a used one.
