- POINT TO NOTE: There are Many points that has not been covered in this video, like the operations and procedures of a corporate company, third party agency pay roll, benefits that we can claim, Pro’s & Con’s like every job has etc because this video is just an initiative focusing on raising awareness about the dignity inherent in all forms of work, regardless of status or salary. It aims to inspire respect for every profession, promote the importance of skill development, and dispel stigmas associated with certain types of jobs. By highlighting diverse career paths and the impact each role has on society, we strive to empower individuals to take pride in their work and to encourage communities to appreciate the value of every laborer’s contribution.
Let’s just move out of our comfort space & try to learn everything we can.
Life is all about experiencing and learning new things everyday, that’s the beauty of life. Sending love to all ❤️
Just to remind my fellow viewers if you are not aware about Gratuity : Once you complete 5 years or more in 1 organisation/company,
An organisation/company is supposed to pay you a Gratuity of upto 10 lakhs. Depending on your salary.

I was a trainee in Orion Edutech in 2012. Before even completing my training there was a job placement in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) me and most of my friends got cleared through interview and decided to venture out for new journey. Till date I'm working in corporate and I'm happy because I'm feeding my family with my own hard earned money. I don't understand why most of our naga youngsters only chase for government Jobs and waste their time. You've pointed out everything correctly sister. Sad to hear about your family history but happy to see you that you're going strong and giving examples to our naga youngsters. Thank you

Indeed, it's very informative and insightful topic you have spoken.

The fact is that in Nagaland, there aren’t many opportunities to explore and gain experience. I wish the government would set up industries and focus on the private sector, where unemployed youth could build a career. But sadly, we can't expect the present government to do so.
@@atsasesangtam6951 Right 😭🥹
But the main problem is the underground groups. Every project halt by them. They daily killing outsiders
@@German_shepherdOP One of the main reasons.. yes!! Many job opportunities are lost because it has become quite difficult for big franchises or companies to set up or sustain in Nagaland.
@@German_shepherdOP That's also another reason. However, if the government governed the state with truth and justice, they could easily stop all those acts of extortion. Sadly, the government itself is riddled with corruption at every level. So, the blame will always fall on the government.

I mean, i could prepare the same topic for weeks, but i know for a fact that i'd run out of words within 5-7 minutes.. great content. As a fellow corporate I totally agree with everything you said. Not tooting my own horn, but id rather do a slave's job and put food on the table than to tagged/categorised as educated unemployed. By the way, one of my cousins has been in the industry for almost 15 years, and his nonthly paycheck is over 2 lacs. I often ask him how he got to where he is now, and all I get is one word answer " perseverance"... Peace out

You have explained well thank you but look at our mindsets by going through the comments section it looks like they don't understand the message you are trying to convey or they are not serious at all.. However let me continue, our govt. have to bring foreign investments and bring more corporate jobs to Nagaland and build up our economy by building good infrastructures for office proper electricity supply etc. instead of unnecessary spending of crores on festivals and town halls etc. just to promote enterpreneurship and tourism just for short period. I am working on private sector/corporate and it builds my soft skills and gives me more knowledge about the world and real perspective of capitalist world apart from the benifits i get from PF, incentives, health insurance for my family etc. Majority of youths in Nagaland are still illiterate on financial or wealth management, businesses even though we have degrees as we are dependent only on Govt. Jobs that's why private ownership takes full advantage resulting in lesser salary and there are no proper labour laws to protect the rights of labourers. Govt. job cannot feed everyone. Good job If you have read everything Merry Christmas 🎄
@@myepthomi1885 Still grateful for few people who understand my point. Thank you! And yes Your words align perfectly with what I was considering. Govt can do much more better than this instead of recruiting youths and sending them to other parts of the country to work, we can bring more corporate jobs here, but our system needs a lot of changes when it comes to big franchises and companies sustaining here. It’s so shameful that we people are so advance in lifestyle but lack so much in growth and development.

Moi b khali 12000 salary pai asey, hoping to get more after gaining experience.
Your hard work and resilience will definitely pay off ❤👏
Worked at a "reputed" coaching institute for four and a half month. (9-5) The management kept our salary on pending for four months claiming that the institute is running low on sales. Like any of that was our fault and like we did not come to office everyday and gave our 100% for whatever big or small the task was. When the employees started resigning and asking the "rightly earned salary," the Director incorporated a new "F&F" policy which was no where mentioned in our contract and never been mentioned while hiring us. The attitude of the Director towards the employees when questioned about his leadership was something not everyone would have forgiven him for. Overall a total unpleasant & poor experience especially as a fresher in the professional realm. (P.s We're yet to be paid for two more months with the claim that the remaining due is our so called F&F settlement)
Only message here is to research thoroughly before jumping in into any work. Just because it looks pretty on the outside doesn't mean it's not rotten on the inside.
Well said, sist.Longing to see you again.❤❤❤

One thing that i would like to highlight about corporates is that you get learn more than any government jobs and When it comes to sales, if you're good at it, you get to decide how much want to get paid ... forget the salary, incentives is what we work for ....
This 💯

Hello! Sister well done... im also working in corporate job... and you clearly explain well.

Hello nice vlog... good work... Just one Construcive Feed back... I think you need to understand a little bit more about the Pention Scheme in Government Jobs... Yes Old Pention scheme is no more there but there is something called a New Pention Scheme. Also yes, Corporate Jobs and in fact any Job is good so long as you have the right aptitude and the particular corporation or work place gives the employees the rights deemed but perhaps it will be good if you do not negate Govt Jobs when talking about the other avenues.
@@Asula-v4z Thank you so much for highlighting this..But as I’ve mentioned that this isn’t about comparing corporate and government jobs, it’s about understanding the value of hard work and the opportunities available, which most of our youths doesn’t seem to understand. Being overly choosy can make one overlook chances to grow, learn, and build a career. It’s essential to appreciate what we have and use it as a stepping stone rather than waiting for the ‘perfect’ job which might not exist in the way we imagine, that’s what I’m trying to explain here. And regarding new pension schemes, yes…. There is new pension schemes which is supposed to be implemented by this year hopefully, but then again …. My point was all about people who wanted growth, skill development and excellence in life not just a comfortable working desk with just a pension as bonus in the end, other than that nothing else.

Corporate job salary are more hike than government job. It depends on individual smartness.
I used be a delivery boy in Delhivery company at zion hospital location
3 years i run this job
But I'm too tired of doing delivery it's a very difficult day by day
I decided to quite to find a sales men looking for 2 years but I didn't find it
Wasted 2 years
Now back to delivery again In Swiggy.😂
Thanks for sharing years cooperate marketing should be interested.
I've worked as an hiring team leader in an edu tech company remotely in my hostel, online.
I was still in 1st year engineering when i got that opportunity.
Let me tell u, if u are starting from zero never undermine internships!
It happened to me that my first sales and marketing internship went great, i generated 14 K revenue in 13 days and hence got an offer letter from the same company and there i started my job as a hr team leader.
But in sales income depends on ur revenue.
I get 10% incentive from the revenue generated by my team.
I'm not saying i earned a lot(2.5k-4k a month)
But yes i enjoy the experience and the networking and upskilling as a team leader which is more valuable for future opportunities.
Here's my message, get out of ur comfort zone.
Also u can always start from zero in sales and marketing, the more u do, the more u improve 😊
