This episode features Nasty Neckface. We talk about street art, drug dealers and GI Joe.
It's called the Tongue & Pencil and I guess it’s technically an interview show but its more like a rough around the edges conversation that pretty much has zero production value. It has shitty audio in many episodes but if you like watching artists draw and talk about stuff that happened to them then maybe this is for you.
This episode features a particularly shitty camera setup :) When we record some more we will have a better tech situation.

it's cause you're hearing the reflections of Neck's voice in Chris' mic. Chris sounds fine, but Neck sounds drenched in reverb with an echo.

Neckface is definitely sick as fuck, but I hate to say PusHead also had a Thrasher cover in the 80s

First time i've seen this show, what a great concept for a show. Audio gotta get fixed and there needs to be more episodes.

Could do with moving the top mics closer to your mouths and then turning the level down, at the minute on this vid cos they’re condensers they will easily pick the whole room so they’re getting all that echo. Moving them closer and bringing the level down on them should reduce the amount of room it’s picking up. And try pointing them towards whose talking might help a little. Sick vid btw 🦑

Pablo INSACIOUS Agreed 100%. That’s why it says “bad audio” in the intro and the description. Getting better mic situation for the next batch. But word on the street is this version sounds cool if you drop acid first so we recommend that.

is neckface left handed ? never noticed cuz when he is up close he is left handed. but also im tripping cuz im a bit buzzed and when the camera backs up he is drawing right handed. im pretty sure its just the camera
The close up is correct. We shit the bed on the camera setup and had to flip the master shot. That 180 degree rule is not to be fucked with!

Yeah man. I didn’t know how to set up the sound gear. That’s why I said that it has bad audio in the opening titles. Pro tip: Try listening on acid and it will sound better.
