What a great video! This is the first time I've seen anyone using fuel cells to organize. I've been looking for organizing solutions for the car. Thanks for the tips and product suggestions.
Thanks so much!! It's been working well for me :) Just need to get some type of labeling solution for the top so hubby can think my system is as great as I do lol :)
Thanks for sharing! I sell thirty one products and I love to use them to organize. But your videos has caused me to be on the hunt for jujube! They just offer some things I can't get with thirty one. I use the different sizes of zipper pouches that thirty one offers to keep things organized. Thirty one used to sell single thermals that pit perfectly into the large utility tote and I have done this similar set up in my van, but I am thinking of moving it to between the seats too.
Dollar Tree has clear adhesive labels that I use for my totes. To secure them, I used hot glue. Instead of inserting labels, I used my label maker. I hope this helps.
I love all your organization!!! I am very much like you in keeping my van geared up. I have 4 children under 6, and it is a must! I will be borrowing ideas. :D
Oh my gosh I love this! I am 21 and not a mom, but I have 7 god kids who I have at least some of more than once a week, plus I'm a photog...not to mention whenever me and my friends go camping they ALWAYS forget stuff and then I always magically have them hahaha. My honda pilot is going to thank you for it not being nasty anymore hahaha
I have that on my list Maria Dumas I've actually got that requested a few times :) I need to re-organize with the summer approaching and then do one :)
This is one of my Favourite videos!!!! I really really need to organize our van AND I am head over heals for tokidoki jujube lol so this was wonderful! Did you by chance do a in car video? I don't want to miss it lol 😄 thanks for sharing 😘
I never thought about using a be light for the toys. I ended up buying a bunk bed organizer hanger and I hung it off the car seat. Our car seat has these "holes", or spaces or whatever you want to call them, just under the fabric along the side of it. So I put the velcro straps through the holes and was able to attach the hanger to the actual seat itself. That way he's able to get almost all the items in and out of it himself. And what he can't reach, my son next to him can. So, I keep a little bag of snacks, coloring book, crayons, picture book, and a small bag of imaginext toys in it. But, I might have to leave a be light on the other side for when he either randomly throws things on that side of the car seat or when I'm getting him out! LOL.
I use a Smitten wet/dry bag for our Potette Plus, too!! I keep the folded potty with a bag already ready, and then in the dry part, I keep extra bags (small garbage and some Potette Plus) in extra ButiPods, a pull-up, and some extra undies and shorts for DD! Love the Smitten -- BabySteals is the only way to get them, though. They are pricey! Love this, I wish I had more room in my Mini Cooper to carry a car bag!
awesome!! I love that wet bag!! a lot of people will keep a large utility in their trunk too :) It's a great catch all tote...without it...my van is crazy lol
I see this is from 2014... will you make a video on a car bag/ tote for older kiddos. prek to elementary school? I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old and would love some of your great ideas! thanks!
I use my JJB Be Prepared bag as my car bag... I bought it to use as my go to diaper bag, but decided it was just too big to carry around all the time. Now I just use my timi and leslie rachel bag and grab whatever I need from my JJB bag if we are going into the store or whatever. For organizing toys I have one of those fold flat cubes that I got from Target ( in the kids room organization sections). It sits directly in front of my daughters seat (also mini van) and I throw toys in there. I just roll fold my tula and throw it on top of my car bag in the back. Safe from everyone's feet. :)
Great organization. However, must people can't afford to spend $300+ on all those bags to organize. The large utility tote is inexpensive and I'll use travel cubes and other cubes to put same system. I do love those JuJu bags but one cube was over $50 😪
I know this is a few years old but for anyone else...I have the bff as a diaper bag and I use cosmetic toiletry bags to organize the inside. My mom is a face cream junkie and I love make-up. Macy’s and other department stores always have offers for Christmas or Mother’s Day where you can get a gift with purchase. I have Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Clinique, benefit, etc make-up bags (some dating back 20+ years) that I use to organize. You don’t need to buy all jujube
If you were to leave all that stuff in your car (always) will the snacks/food/water go bad? Or is it best not to do that? I love your videos...they are very helpful!!!
+Lissy Alvarez I think it depends how hot your car is...I burn through snacks/water daily so they never sit for long. I always keep a water bottle or two for messes like to rinse off boo boos or dirty sandy feet type thing...but I label those. I think dry snacks would be fine for a little while until they would go stale :)
Samantha Kauffman-sidotti I purchase fuel cells mainly from the ju ju be website or amazon...I've also purchased from the ju ju be BST page on facebook :)
This is an awesome video! You really helped me to figure out how to organize my car bag! We are expecting twins and NEED to be organized.

awesome! I used a bp for awhile actually! That's a great car bag and travel bag!
So do those plastic covers make it so the potty seat never actually touches the toilet?
Where do you get your custom wipe pouch?
Loved!!

great idea Sonia Avalos I buy most of my bags on bst boards on facebook...the fuel cells cost me about $20-$25 each :)

Hi! What is the brand of the cosmetic case?
