If your on admin and you see someones person flash, then they’ve been killed by the other person go on and report it!
I like to refer to the flashing thingy as the Blip

nah he should go where someone was just killed and see who just got out of the room or who was near there
Technically, the killer was the one who flashed, because your character becomes non-existent for the brief part of the kill when you teleport ontop of the body, right after clicking the kill button
