I won't contest that she's probably more skilled, but I don't see that being enough to win her that fight(or at least not easily).

Not really, the only reason Nagumo even won against Manabu was because Manabu was restricting himself to fight civilly. Because of this, his methods were much more restricted but he still managed to use the methods efficiently and perfrctly, even if he had lost. In an actual no holds barred where there are no restrictions Manabu actually scales pretty high in the series, since he has alot of hidden statements backing him up and from Kiyo's dialogue you can really tell at this point in the LN, he's at least around top 5 strongest in the show. Cap. There's a reason weight classes exist IRL as well as segregating male and female combat sports. A man will win that fight most of the time purely due to biology. Add in the fact that Manabu is a skilled combatant as well as multiple years older, and this advantage increases drastically. I won't contest that she's probably more skilled, but I don't see that being enough to win her that fight(or at least not easily).

Not really, the only reason Nagumo even won against Manabu was because Manabu was restricting himself to fight civilly. Because of this, his methods were much more restricted but he still managed to use the methods efficiently and perfrctly, even if he had lost. In an actual no holds barred where there are no restrictions Manabu actually scales pretty high in the series, since he has alot of hidden statements backing him up and from Kiyo's dialogue you can really tell at this point in the LN, he's at least around top 5 strongest in the show. I can list out all his feats sure but point is Ichika=>Manabu>Nagumo
