With magnetic if proper care is not been take yes over the period it may leave scratches but with ceramic coating and detailing they may go off as well
Magnetic is way too easy and handy in use if you have bike with metal fuel tank

Is there any way to instal magnetic tank bags on fibre body. I mean by attaching metals straps or something initially on body and over it the magnetic bag.

Before placing magnetic tank bag always make sure to clean and while taking off the bag from tank make sure not to pull it rather pull magnet point one by one and you are good to go
