My CO had it pretty rough. Due to all the Senior Cadets graduating, my CO was promoted from a Petty Officer 1st Class all the way to a Lieutenant in one day. First ever Junior as a CO at our school. Damn he is good at drill though. DAMN GOOD. Edit: He was a Sophomore, E-6. Went through one week of training over the summer, came back as a Junior, O-3.
I've been in my program for a couple months and I'm already a MCPO. I do know my stuff however there is huge lack of commitment so no one else was qualified for it.
in the field manual it says you can wear it. im not trying to be rude. in our Njrotc unit it is allowed. in your unit it may not be allowed. sorry to fuss - Brooke

The officers aren’t enlisted- NJROTC staff goes position officer then position cheif
