Youvarlakia is the one of the easiest and comfort food for winter! It is a traditional Greek meatball soup in egg-lemon sauce recipe called aygolemono.
The traditional recipe also has one extra ingredient :dil but I didn't add it because my kids think it has a strong taste and since I am showing what I am usually cooking for my family I left it out! If you want me to make another version with the dill in it let me know in the comments!

I am sorry but this is not a Greek soup! What does Youvarlak etymologically means in Greek? Nothing because it is Turkish. Yuvarlak means round referring to the round shape of meatballs :)
