In this video, Patriji explains that if sleep happens in meditation then go to sleep. When we come out of sleep then again do meditation. Sleep is good. We can’t keep awareness beyond our capacity. That’s why we fall asleep. It is a natural phenomenon. It is a gift from the Gods. If in waking hours we are not doing meditation then that is bad. Sleep is important for a meditator and a non-meditator. The requirements of sleep get reduced by a meditator. Eating also gets reduced because we have enough cosmic energy due to meditation. If nowadays stress is more, then do more meditation. Meditation is in your hands. It doesn’t depend on society. Increase your meditation.
