Kayou Scissor Seven: another bug? Completing the collection with one display from each wave!

We're trying to collect as many cards as possible to complete the Scissor Seven collection by Kayou by opening one display from wave 1 and one display from wave 2. We're missing 93 cards!
We're wondering if we'll finally have an opening without an LR in this one.
The usual quota seems to be 4 UR (or 3 UR and 1 LR) per display.
In our first openings, we were lucky to discover at least one LR in each display (and 2 LR in one of the displays - was it a bug?).
