Wow, I wasn’t expecting all of these comments to be focused on humor! I just had a hip replacement this March. It dislocated twice, within 4 days of each other. It was the surgeons fault, he admitted he put the ball and cup at the wrong angle. I had to have an entire revision in May and I’m a fkng mess!!!! There’s nothing funny about this! The first dislocation caused me to fall backward on concrete and it fractured my spine! I was screaming in the ER to just kill me. No one even knew it was fractured. My husband watched them try to preform this over 6 times and was almost sick from it. Again, it’s not funny and I hope none of you ever go through it! I’m still all messed up and can’t stand or walk unassisted yet. The pains constant, i literally ended up with ptsd wondering every time i move if it’ll happen again, even though i was reassured it won’t. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy!
my grandma past away when she have this. then im trying to search what she was telling me where her hips aching all of the sudden. wish you can teach us on how to cure about dislocated bones more. it can help our lives while we're in pandemic. thank you for this video it helps a lot
I find this hilarious. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and manage to dislocate my hip while walking and self-reduce it. I still have problems with it, though.
I'm just seeing this, but I looked up this video because I subluxed my hip by standing up and straight up snort-laughed at "it takes a lot of trauma to dislocate a hip." Yay EDS.
I’m looking up these videos trying to figure out how to relocate my own hip because my eds has gotta a bit worse and my hip is out of place and won’t go back in by itself for the first time.. if you have tips please save me.. it’s been days 😭
Mine dislocated twice, in 4 days and I was simply standing still! The surgeon made a mistake so be aware, sometimes YOU don’t have to do anything for it to happen.
I don't have EDS but I dislocated (total) my hip 25+ times in 10 months and 5 major surgeries in the same 10 months just by turning my right leg in. Kind of hard to never turn my leg inward specially since my leg naturally turns in.
With all the depression medical students through, your videos are beneficial in two ways lol
Very fun video and informative.thank you 😄☺️
