I literally come here for almost all of my tennis or exercise related pains and injuries. Love these guys, seriously! And this stuff WORKS! I am a witness.
In the village I live in , we are in lockdown, and today I decided to do every stretch from my toes to my head with Bob and Brad. It has been fun, entertaining, and I feel more flexible. Thank you 😊
OMG THAT ACTUALLY WORKED!!! I’ve been getting cramps in my calves since I was a little girl and I just looked it up and it went away 😭 it hurt so bad for 3 days and I did it in my sleep, I was limping lol thank you so much
Hi Bob & Brad, I’m scheduled for a Right Total knee surgery in August. I’m close to being bone on bone due to arthritis. I really don’t want this surgery. Can you tell me something else I could do? I would be so grateful. God bless Merrilyn
I noticed a knot and it felt like a calf strain, down my left leg which I suffered a DVT on about five months ago. But I've also been very active this week and exercised a lot not sure if I accidentally bumped it going up the stairs. This really helped me. Thank you
Thank you for sharing. Exercises 3:14 through 7:15 in the video did the trick for my son. He was limping before but jumped right out of the bed after doing these exercises and started to walk straight again.
Your humor takes my mind off the discomfort. I was leaning forward with an end table at the window's ledge, reached over the table to lift a stubborn NYC window, and "POP" my right calf muscle went!!!!!! This just happened Thursday 7.9.2020 after a full week of Remote summer instruction, I hurt my darn leg. I'm icing and following your guidance. Thanks for posting Bob & Brad. NYC K-teacher.
Dude these guys are cool I’m grateful I found y’all after felling so much pain and no body home to help me for a hour and to help myself yall are real ones
Crazy... It actually works. I had one of those calf cramps that woke me up in the middle of the night. I had a hard time walking today it was so bad. Now it feels better.
Thank you, guys, for the valuable information, I used to play soccer a lot and find my feet always sitting in the calf relaxing position that you describe, now I know why my body does it automatically ... Just overworked my calf in a soccer game again, and here I am looking for solutions all over again
I really want to thank you I had calf strain at 2 am I shouted out a lot whole family came to me I saw this video it really saved me the pain was 7 or 8
Do you suffer from moderate to severe anxiety? (I do btw just to qualify this) At least for me, the calf muscle, and specifically my inner left calf, is one of the muscles I find I clench whenever I’m really really anxious, and afterwards it’s knotted up for days. Also the meaty part of my left palm, and a few other spots. Could be that or something similar
I tried the muscle relaxing technique for 2 mins. And it 100% work. This is why I love science and love these two lads making dad jokes all the time. Half of my pain is gone just by listening to them. And the other half by what they tell me. Before following the video my pain was around 6-7 now it's like 0-1.👍
Omg thank you . I was dealing with a very bad strain in my calf pain level was a 8/10 and I was frantically looking for a relief video this brought my paint down to at least a three. I could literally cry it feels so much better
i sub stained calf pain from going up and down on water slides while on vacation and it hurt really bad to were it hurt so bad to just walk two days in of doing these exercise my calf is feeling much better i can walk and the pain is almost gone thank you for saving me a trip to the hospital because i thought it was something more your technique really work thanks again for this video 😃
Damn! I just tried this and it does work!!! I am having some serious amount of pain . I’m seeing difference by just doing it once. I’be been countining to do so and it’s working great! Will continue until I get finals relief !! Thanks for this video
THANK YOU SOO MUCH, like a million coz my was very bad and I didnt want to stretch it and then found your video.did it and subscribed since it reduced soon much
A few days ago, while biking in the desert, I suddenly fell, due to which I got a bruise on my under-knee, and this bruise changed color, and now the skin color is getting normal, but the muscle was very hard in that place. Now, 3 to 4 clots have formed, which are not painful but cause pain in the whole leg.
Wow.. I don't leave comments but my calf was in so much pain and I did every calf stretch for a week and never went away. I tried this and went from a 9 to a 2...
Oh my gosh I love this it helped so much the physical therapy u showed, I skateboard for fun and only kick with one foot so my one calf is really sore I tried skateboarding while it was sore and hot a Charlie horse definitely needed this!!! ♡
I went to Instagram for the short form but couldn't find this one. You have been posting for years and they show a dozen or less. (Yes I followed you.) I have had chronic calf cramps since puberty for sure. I also have foot cramps, especially when plantar flexed. It's all one. Here is something you haven't done. I can't reach my feet like you can.
I had to go to Germany from North Carolina tons of walking and carrying luggage for my young daughter plus helping my wife with her stuff-but it was tons of walking I’m pretty active and I prepared for walking and running through the airport but man I didn’t think there’d be stairs too lol oh it sucked so bad and one calf hurts. I’ll give this a try.
I started taking cholesterol meds about six months ago and I had no clue they could cause cramps, I have cramps so bad at night when I'm trying to sleep, both calves drive me crazy. The first time it happened I actually fell off the bed to the floor, took about fifteen minutes to walk it off.
@BobandBrad What do I do if I rolled out my calf muscles for 90 minutes under all the weight I could put on them with little relief that didn’t last more than a few hours?
Thank you. I rolled over in bed and started screaming cus I felt insane paint red center in my calve muscle and I couldn’t even move. I went back to sleep and tried to get out of bed later and couldn’t even walk cus it was all tight and locked. This helped.
Bob an Brad... I have restless leg syndrome and can't figure out why? I had tests on veins.. results by the 28th of this month. I noticed when doing the calve massage like u showed in video that felt cramping pain at area where the crease below knee under calve. So I messaged it. What could pain their be from. Trying to find answers for Rls.
I have a question I work outside and I walk alot but unfortunately about 2 months ago the back of my caves started to hurt to the point Iam falling to the ground and It's gotten to a point where I'm having to pretty much tape my calves up with surgical tape to keep them from Hurting
I just came across this video so I have not applied any calf healing techniques. I strained my calf jumping on a rebounder. I landed in the ER because I thought it was a clot. The pain and swelling were incredible. However, 4 months later my calf and foot are still noticeably swollen, even though I do not have pain. Is this normal? What can I do to relieve the swelling? I’m guessing ice, elevation, and the techniques you are showing. I would appreciate any suggestions. My massage therapist says that leg is much heavier.
For a calf cramp this works for me: Sit on the edge of a chair - or bed if it happens while you're sleeping. Place your feet flat on the floor - you will feel your foot trying to extend due to the contracted calf muscle. Put some body weight on your feet to force the foot into a bent inward position - i.e. the opposite of the extended angle it's in. This forces the calf muscle to stretch - stopping the cramp almost instantly. EDIT: I'm not sure if Bob & Brad's video is describing the same condition I'm talking about - I'm referring to a sudden muscle cramp in the calf - or "charley horse".
i was in the middle of jump roping and got an Instant pain in my right calf. i could barely walk, literally just limping everywhere 💀. this definitely help tho 🙌🏾
Is this same to Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)? Because it looks like I've have the same condition specially when I go to bed at night or day time. It makes me keep my leg moving. Can you guys please help me to get rid of this condition for good?
I have extremely painful calf muscles when I walk after two blocks. Is that due to the fact that they are not stretched. Otherwise I don't feel pain. Can you help?
At first I thought it won’t work but at last when I completed Damn the pain is less than before Thank you for saving my tears 😭 I was literally about to start crying 😢😭
I got when I caught a wave at ocean city today and it was big during a nor’easter.I was kicking with my flippers is how it happened I rode it all the way to shore from face of the wave. I couldn’t walk right my leg has to be straight right now.
When I interview for physio jobs and they ask how I've been keeping up with ongoing professional development. I say I watch Bob and Brad. Boom. Hired.
