The plan: fill the managers office with balloons whilst away on leave
The materials: 2,500 x 25cm latex balloons. Helium gas tank. 2,500 balloon clips. Electric balloon pump. 25grams metallic confetti
The method: For greater control the room was filled in sections. It took about 20 hours (split between several people) to fill the room.
