I think back to the 70's and the back breaking work to build our local track using axe, pick and shovel. 3 of us built a 1 1/4 mile track in our hometown. We ran enduro races there, and it was a place for anybody with an mx bike to go play. Thankfully, the railroad which owned the property was super understanding and let us get after it. Took years to get it right, but man, was it worth it!

Did the dirt for Daytona come from a horse farm, or was manure mixed in with it to change the consistency? It definitely had a barnyard smell to it...
We don’t build Daytona. I’ve never been there. The smell was probably from the grass dying.

Mitch Kayla longest is definitely Vegas. Hardest any that has rain during the build.

Why not take advice from the riders. The dragons back was so messed up it hurt 2 top guys that is pretty messed up. Why make the last bump smaller it makes no sense very dangerous
Jared do u really think the riders said something and we refused to fix it? Guess how many riders said something about the dragon after press on Friday, after track walk, after any of their 3 practices. I’ll help you ZERO. Saying something about the dragon in a press conference after the race. Is like putting a condom on after u shot ur load in her. Not the right time for either.
@@coreyarnold4949 I was just curious as u know I heard the riders complaining at the post race press. Anyway I think the tracks have been great this year as a fan it's been good racing all year
That dragons back... why tf build it like that with the last whoop smaller. Hope you’s don’t do that again especially when the top 3 450 guys say how dangerous and pretty much “stupid” it is
moto37 the top 3 guys or any other for that matter. Never said a single word after press day on Friday, after track walk or after practice. At the press conference isn’t the right time to say there is something was wrong with the dragon.
And the top whoop was bigger.
Wether the dragon back is being skimmed or jumped in and jumped out. The last whoop gets hammered more than the rest. And you can only hit them so fast before it will bite you. Rider error not build error.
The only 2 worthwhile things that stadium has...cheerleaders and SX!
No more dragons backs, you are killing the sport through attrition to riders. Maybe your designer needs to mellow out
