A “real” Woman that I know is the one that started the Families Mentoring Families non profit. She had sons serve in Africa and felt the call to do more. She and her family sold everything and moved to Africa to open literacy centers and job support centers with the goal to strengthen families and communities. @dcarts5616 I agree with everything but your last sentence. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has distanced itself from the doctrines of the restoration.
She frequently references the Church’s statement about the Hulu show. However, the statement was made before the show was released, meaning it was a response to the marketing rather than the content of the show itself. It’s not accurate to say the Church commented on the show itself, as it hadn’t seen the show before issuing its judgment.
And your point is? The leaders of the church stay on top of issues affecting the members and the church. They don't have to watch the whole show to start making a righteous judgement. They had the names of the show participants abd all they had to do was contact their stake presidents. Hello.
The women on the series are sharing THEIR story, and it in no way has anything to do with all the other Mormon women who get ample representation in the media. The defensiveness of members of the church coupled with the chronic persecution complex gets old.
Those women are the most ridiculous humans on earth. They clearly have no concept of the gifts they were handed and decided to chase the shiny and demean the saints by claiming to be of them. WINNING!

… only one experience gets featured on a secular media network intended to promote the secular side of a non secular organization. Only one experience is an accurate depiction of the LDS faith. Only one is salacious enough to be broadcast, and it’s not the faithful covenant keeping experience.
We’re not a monolith, but we’re not shallow and we’re not trying to distance ourselves from the doctrines held dear to us either.
@dcarts5616 I agree with everything but your last sentence. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has distanced itself from the doctrines of the restoration.
Thank you for this comment!
@@dcarts5616 it very much felt like she was trying to distance herself from the doctrine of polygamy. It is an eternal doctrine.
@@SarahBoyden Interesting.
Hello.
Watch Money lovers~
The women on the series are sharing THEIR story, and it in no way has anything to do with all the other Mormon women who get ample representation in the media. The defensiveness of members of the church coupled with the chronic persecution complex gets old.

Those women are the most ridiculous humans on earth. They clearly have no concept of the gifts they were handed and decided to chase the shiny and demean the saints by claiming to be of them. WINNING!
Your repetitive comments on this channel have gotten old long before anything else you claim
@ I’m sure you’d love me to be silent. Hard pass.
What was that thing you said on a Ward Radio video about stalking again?
