(In truth it was all him holding back and he was only given the ability to speak every language but hyuman but that they came to that conclusion was what made it hilarious)
I still wonder why removing his blessings didn't remove his ability to speak the other languages? I mean his Ki he got from a God outside that world so that part makes sense but....

So what happens to it? You never see it again after they first show the rings on the rope being launched, so wtf happens to it lol

That's why when he first meets humans they scream and run, he has a ridiculous amount of mana that no human should be capable of having so they think he is some crazy monster. If anyone else put on one of those rings before they were full it would just kill them almost instantly. He can't use the mana in the rings, it goes in but the only way it comes out is if it breaks. Which results in it all releasing at once and creating a huge explosion.

For those confused on why the magician cried a bit when sword gals sword was broken, its because it was infused with part of his soul, thus damaging him
Thus giving us a hint that Makoto can indeed destroy souls. Later in the novel he kills a person so hard it destroyed the soul completely with no chance of revival.

The ring the girl put on is supposed to break a gods blessing. but the mc isnt blessed but cursed. as for his own rings. through a special method of concentration, he increases his own max mana.but he cant control it very well and it seeps out. combined with his looks, he appears to be a monster to the 'humans'. so the rings absorb and suppress his mana to make him normal. im suprised he didnt already have his energy unleashed since he lost 2 fingers which he immediately binds.
The part that kills me is how mitsurugi reacted when his sword was broken. It was made from an active bone of his, like his femur, and it got shattered like glass on concrete. The pure pain in his eyes. 😂

Yeah I love this fight in in novel because he is literally being nerfed hardcore by the goddess (which he realizes). Then they use the ring to “nerf” him because he’s still so strong (in base form I might add). Turns out all their nerf did was remove the goddesses nerf and now my boy is at true base form with TEN ring seals that can be removed to heighten his power 😂🤣
The dude is almost as strong as the goddess due to his rebirthing. If he keeps doing that he may be able to outpace both deities at the same time and maybe reach even farther. Combined with all the skills and powers he has he could get everything than finally finally get to level 2.

For those wondering, both his clothes and each of his rings absorb mana so fast that it would kill a normal person pretty much instantly. At this point he doesn't know how to control this ridiculous amount of mana otherwise those two wouldn't be a threat at all.
This is the best fight scene in this entire series it doesn't get better than this. I know because I read the light novel and the manga and they cut out some of the dialogue and action from it to. But it's like 90% the same still.
As far as i can tell about the anime the MC is a consolation prize according to the Goddess he was promised to, but decides to try and carve his own fate through willpower and later on acquired bullshittery; through trial and error he learns a lot about his and his subordinates powers(underestimating the orc girls power of logistics and leadership). In this fight he was like holy shiet i lost 2 fingers better take this seriously, lol they think my magic items are to boost my powers, they are to limit them; welcome to the real world bitches

That eventually made a contract with a god which would allow them to live out the rest of their lives peacefully but their son would be offered to the goddess. Before he is sent over one of the gods from earth blesses him with his own abilities thus making & have the strength of his parents & of a god. When he arrives & appears before the goddess, she rejects him because of how he looks. She even curses him making him unable to speak with humans. Thus making him hate that goddess & swears to destroy her. He's sent away to the edge of the world to perish. The goddess being so confident he won't survive never bothers to check up on him. After all, he seemingly has no abilities & was sent somewhere where there a plenty of being so strong that they're seen as gods themselves there. Plus the area is a dessert and has so few resources he can't possibly make it. In his first real fight he wins so hard against one of the strongest beings there that she begs him to become his slave. When he finaly reaches a human settlement, he can't even approach the main gate because he's so strong they can't even make out an outline of what's comming. He's settles to make his own paradise. Then another of those strong beings appear and the result is the same. Eventually he's been made an outfit that weakens him so much he's able to go into town. Much later on. He gets teleported to a battlefield as a representative of the goddess he hates as he was the closest. That's when this fight here happens with the anti goddess group.
such an underrated anime..... i'm pretty sure it's my favorite isekai, it's so much better written than the others..... even mushoku doesn't come close. gonna need saihate no paladin to get this level of writing, but that's way too much of a slow burn.... tsuki ga does it in a good time frame, for the trash that it's a parody of.... support saihate no paladin, and support michibiku as well.... ya don't need to support mushoku, it's established.
