Chef Jeremy. Have you tried making biscuits "for one" in you Tao air fryer. I did today (widower) and they were the best biscuits. I've got a good homemade recipe but it usually makes two pans, about 18 biscuits 2 1/2 to 3". They don't store really well so..... Worked up a 1/3 recipe and used an 8x8 foil pan in the fryer. Ten minutes prep, ten minutes in the fryer at 400˚ (9 probably would do}. Browned tops, very lightly toasted bottoms, soft crumb. Mix is 50% HEB SR flour and 50% White Lilly SR spiked with a little more BP and BS, fat is half and half butter and Crisco, wet is Buttermilk. Give it a shot. My son and I use that air fryer all the time. Thanks.

Will you cook a duck. I’ve not seen a video of anyone cooking one and I’ve had it before when I was a little girl my great aunt made duck dressing one year and it was delicious. Unfortunately she’s passed away and I haven’t had it since. I’d like it to be a cook with me video if I can suggest it. Which means list for prep notice at least a week in advance and then let the cooking commence. If not I’ll still appreciate you doing any version of cooking a duck. Thanks chef. But this is only if you and your neighbors will eat it afterwards!! Peace and blessings!! Thank you thank you sir.
