To check if someone took over you need to hear his voice the first time and if he play different tell him to talk again, if he dosen't talk in the first 3 second or they sound different,they're a different person
It's not the confidence, but rather the calmness amidst the chaos which allows him time to think. Whenever I have died too many times and I start feeling calmness wash over me as I'm seeing the number of allies drop down to 0, it gives me a sense of having crossed the line of no return.
I have actually felt this just yesterday on Bind on B defense pistol round. I had a shorty and just played around my trips + info from teammates' vision, and calmly listening to the enemies' footsteps. Managed to get a 4k as an Iron 3. I feel like it is just my inability to stay calm which holds the entirety of me back, even if my aim is decent.

That iron definitely wasnt the same person after round 2 or something. Before round 3 the kayo was not even able to plant and suddent after that round he somehow knows what exactly to do and his aim gets better. He was playing like a silver, he had aim but terrible crosshair placement and bad decision making.
Since he is an iron going up against friggin diamond players, he was just too scared of all the killing utils and the shootings. Took him a couple of rounds to realize "hey wait! I'm invulnerable." That gave him more confidence. Also, it could very well be that someone was backseating him.

@@walkingtree2486 they have fast enough reaction, plus he didnt even dodge it, he tries to dodge it but he fails. you can dodge flashes even with below average reaction times, even bronze players can dodge flashes im sure.
nah, I believe someone took over playing his account mid game/ someone was coaching him. You don't just suddenly grow a brain like that. There's a reason why they're iron/ stuck in iron.
8:36 He tried to look away at the phoenix flash.. A PHOENIX FLASH! Whoever is playing that is atleast Gold. No Iron player would even have the reflex to TRY that. Then he did it again at 9:06 on a breach flash although he failed both times. An Iron, or even a bronze player won't think of looking away and returning the crosshair that fast.
Also look at the difference between him against a flash during beginning and later 3:46 He reacts 1 second after being flashed, normal reaction time for iron. 8:36 dodges flash instantly based on the sound queue.
first couple of rounds i believed a genuine iron player was found (which is always a concern w these videos sadly), but there was a really noticeable sudden shift in skill around round 3🙁 he went from heavy whiffing w a ghost to calmly getting pistol/vandal headshots. the game sense and crosshair placement was so different. kinda weird but good video nonetheless lol
@@Rose_Butterfly98 yes, anyone can whiff. you’re telling me how iron works like i don’t play iron/bronze elo. its not that you can’t make good shots, but his overall competence changed and it’s really noticeable by most people. you can aim well and be iron, but there was a very obvious shift in gameplay that did not go unnoticed by most. it’s hard to argue that he just had a couple first bad rounds when his reaction speed, awareness, shooting accuracy, etc changed *drastically*.

Heck, I've been accused of smurfing because I got 3 quadrakills in the first 3 rounds then proceeded to botfrag. Or botfrag for half the match and suddenly start clearing site on my own. Or that one phoenix player I keep playing against that either does crap or suddenly gains the ability to 1 tap me while I'm bunnyhopping or sliding as neon. You said you're in iron, you should probably have seen all these, it's very common. Then there's also the players that you never understand why they're stuck in iron when they can carry the whole game repeatedly.
In my opinion Deadlock was a really useful agent in this "mode" cause ofc, her abillities don't make dmg but they troll pretty well, she could block entrances, slow with the gravnet and the sonic sensors, the Idea with the ult was genious!

Nah as someone who has been in iron since march 2022 this aim is not iron. The switching to alt weapons is not iron. Getting kills with right click pistol is not iron. The movement is not iron. I’m glad u picked up on it. It’s so easy to tell when players are not iron because it’s really hard to fake being bad. The way you move the calmness of the flicks are very easy tell tale signs of someone in a higher rank. Irons have a sheen of panic over them especially when they kill people, the movements are rushed because they’re not experts in the game. And for a long time I was one of them, I just recently ranked up to bronze and I can do very easy tell what sets even bronze vs iron players apart bc I’ve play this game (and this game only ) for over a year now. There are not many of us so to see people that are new to the game and being misrepresented not only in ranked but now on eggwicks stream/vid rlly makes me slightly sad. The audacity of Smurfs never surprises to amaze me.
when I was Iron I could do all of this and more. Everybody underestimates iron players like they can't do anything. Most people in iron haven't played a game like val yet but they know how to simple things that they learned from other games, like how to aim and basic fundamentals like switching to a secondary when you run out of ammo. And if you could not do that in iron I wonder how you climbed out, SO PUT MORE RESPECT ON THE IRON PLAYERS. pls and ty

It seems like you missed some parts about Eggwick leaving so let me explain. Eggwick has clarified that he is not entirely leaving VALORANT content, but instead is just going to try out different content but has also clarified that he will still do VALORANT content, just not as much. Invulnerable simply means he can not be damage. Deadlocks ult triggers an insta-kill once he reaches his target destination. same does Iso ult, if neither player dies within the realm before it expires.
Deadlock's ultimate works because of how the game is made. Basically, yeah Yoru was invulnerable to RECEIVING DAMAGE, however, deadlock's ultimate does no damage, but rather sets your life to 0. It is an execution that does no damage. Huge difference.

either he switched with someone or he was secretly good was playing bad on purpose on the first rounds to have people have low expectations and then surprise them by completely switching up last round and just to throw them off guard and surprise them which by suddenly jumping from bad to good (which honestly makes it look like thats not him).... it could be either but the switching seems unlikely but the other one is also a possibility. But whether that was actually same person was playing or not, only he knows what truly happened while to the rest us are left in the dust

When I was Iron the first couple rounds were terrible. I missed every shot and just did stupid mistakes. After I played in more and felt more confident, I hit headshots, did way less mistakes and did 4ks and aces here and there. Its not impossible. Which also happens is that the fear of the enemies just stops existing. I’m hard stuck bronze now and I played in Gold-Plat lobbies in 5stack and I was so scared of the enemies and missed EVERYTHING. But when I started to realize that they are pretty shit too, I was more calm and started to hit my shots and ended up not bottom fragging in the end game ranking(I was always in the middle in Gold-Plat lobbies)

I am just wild guessing but maybe the reason he got better is the fact he understood he can't be killed , so he was clamer in his aiming and thinking , but this is only my theory
