This one is just way better in every aspect Blue one has: Big burst dmg Slow charge(boss may turn or phase while charging the skill) Zero mobility(mobility is king in all upcoming raids) No push immunty (could easily be cancelled any time) Weird cooldown (you can use it once ever 3 surges and few seconds left still) The yellow one has: Great overall damage Perfect mobility (it goes where you point your mouse) Close to zero cast time (zero Basically if you unlocked 2nd line in leap tab with "dance of nightmare" tripod) Almost cannot be cancelled because of the instant cast Can perfectly fit in your skills every 2 surges (so you use it every other rotation before turning slash in the classic rotation which is : Twin shadow > Death sentence > maelstrom >T skill(if it's up) > turning slash > earth cleaver > soul absorber > void strike Great reposition tool if you don't have spin cutter Not interrupting your rotation because of it's insane instant cast speed And other shittone of reasons, just play the yellow one

I just never bothered changing it when I switched fron surge tbh
Switched to RE when i hit 1680 couple weeks ago so gameplay is a little scuffed
