Based off this video alone, you're brushing the hair dry and roughly. And it's textured hair. If you brushed your own hair the same way, you would lose hair as well. You should wet and try conditioner so that there's minimal shedding and easier to detangle. Also you can't compare hair attached to a living person to a unit. Living hair will always win. lol

I had it for a few months and it’s so dry and I never wore it . I plan on wearing it for a tapping and so I stated dealing with it again. So much my 20 inches has come out it’s so thin and I am worried about this hair tangling and matting up on me I’m so mad I bought this hair. I’m happy that I’m not the only person that has to deal with this

Thank you for your honest review. I was going to get some of their hair on the 20% off black friday sale. I have been following them for about two years. I will pass on that purchase. I don't have the time or the money for a hair fail.

Sorry you went through this sis, I would be pissed! Try Melanj hair if interested in nice curly/coily hair. At least they do give instructions to comb or brush only whn soaking wet and saturated with conditioner.

Yes my wig sheds you can see the track it's garbage. I'm happy to see an honest review about this company. My wig was not thick and it did not look like a TH-camr that did a review on this wig

Yes my clip ins are dry, shredding, and matted. I reviewed them on their site and they removed it. Scam company. Never again!

Yeah, I have to agree with you their hair is garbage, my daughter bought their hair and it sheds horribly.
