So the countries who held their citizens hostage for the shortest amount of time have the lowest virus rates and ill health. The Germ Theory was never actually proven to be 100% accurate, yet the trillion dollar medical industry is entirely based on that theory. What's the CAUSE of death in people with this "virus"? Does their brain explode? Does their heart stop beating? The CAUSE of death is still pneumonia. Pneumonia is not something you can "catch". It's a biological result of being "scared to death" of something. Think of it like an internal wound that you can't see, but when it starts to heal (when the traumatic event dissipates), the healing of the wounds in the lungs will cause pain, mucus, blood, fever, headaches, coughing, etc. You don't show the symptoms of "disease" until you stop being panicked and afraid. These symptoms usually show up 1-2 weeks after you've relaxed and resolved the upsetting event. So governments around the world are CAUSING fear frights in everyone based on an unproven THEORY by one man, Louis Pasteur, who redacted his claim of the germ theory on his death bed, yet no one listened. So of course, when everyone is allowed to escape the hostage situation the governments have put their people into, and they start relaxing about the "scary virus" that's not in any way transmissible, they will begin their healing phase (get sick), and believe they then have the "scary virus", and more panic will ensue as well as martial law. The longer people allow this government to hold them hostage in their homes, the more severe the "sickness" will be. Western Medicine is pure fraud, and people's lives are destroyed because of it.
People do not get sick from germs and diseases are not "catchable." Disease starts in the brain with a traumatic, unexpected and stressful event. The best example and most commonly referred to mass illness event was the Great Flu of 1918. It set the stage for the current dogma that the "flu" has a season....fall. The flu of 1918 began in the fall, but what else was of great significance that also occurred during the same time in 1918?? The German Chancellor officially announced the end of World War I. Two weeks following that announcement, millions and millions of people who were directly affected by the very first World War went into the healing phase. The healing phase of a Territorial Fear is Bronchitis and flu-like symptoms. The healing phase of being scared to death for yourself or someone you love is pneumonia and tuberculosis, and lung tumors. None of these symptoms will appear when someone is in the conflict stage. All of them appear when you go thru the healing phase and the conflict is resolved. So millions of people began with these very serious illnesses given the length of time the war lasted, and this was all before the invention of antibiotics in 1929 which would have helped most people. This was also a time of food rationing, so the proper amount of protein needed when a tumor begins to degrade wasn't available. More people died in Europe than the US because the war was fought over there. And from that very event, we are told all around the world to get our vaccinations to prevent something that is directly caused by the things happening only in our own lives such as the disappointment of the end of summer, the trauma of a child starting school for the first time who doesn't want to go, the stress of having a new school routine after leisure time all summer.....can you see the pattern here? If you cannot "catch" cancer, arthritis or diabetes from another person, then you cannot "catch" a cold or flu. There is no such thing that only SOME diseases are communicable, but not all. Everything is based on the Germ Theory that was never proven to be 100% accurate from the very beginning.

I would clarify with your agent but generally they take a commission of the purchase price (5-6% commission split is quite common with roughly 50% of it going to the listing agent and the remaining 50% going to the buying agent). The commission however is included in the purchase price (it is not above and beyond the purchase price) and is paid by the seller. So the commission if taken out of the seller's end, generally. These may vary from state to state so I would just talk to your agent.

Mark, just a heads up about real estate, if it's the same in the US as it is in Canada, there is always a selling agent and a buying agent and they split the commission. So the hot guy agent was always going to be involved as the selling agent. One agent can act as both selling and buying agent (if they represent the seller and also find the buyer) but you can still go buy the place with your original agent and hot guy agent still gets is piece of the pie. Here, the agents fees are usually around 4-5% of the price of the property split between agents and paid entirely by the seller but that might not be the situation there. Its a racket 100%.

You guys have said before that you hate posting content and then feel regret whenever you don't. There are many individuals you can pay that specialize in growing tiktok and IG pages and handle creating/posting the videos with captions.
With both of your schedules there's no feasible way you can expect to keep up with that yourselves.
The hardest part for you guys would be simply recording the videos.. but between the hours of stand up from consistently touring, the podcasts, and even the sketches Mark posts on his channel from time to time, there's unlimited content you could have scheduled to post that will help you keep selling out shows.
sorry for the gay rant. love ya both. comedy!

you shoulda told the realtor that you couldn’t wait and saw the house on your own and he should work harder to keep you interested and to keep his comish.. he works for YOU and the only ethical thing would be maybe next time you want to see a house call him and see how lob) it takes him to arrange a showing and if you aren’t satisfied ✂️ ✂️

@@rawpower12xu They can, but not too much. You don't want it to appraise for less than the list/offer. Then the bank won't issue the loan to the buyer.

I’ve been a fan of this podcast since they had like ten listeners and were basically homeless. It’s the funniest podcast of all. It’s gotten me through some sad times. But, considering they tell is they constantly bomb on stage (and get upset by that, upset at the audience not laughing) the truth is their actual stand up comedy isn’t that great. Mark was the funniest like 8 years ago. He’s still very funny, but nothing beats the podcast talk. And List has never been funny as a stand up. The guys should really be working more on the pod, have guest etc. The pod is just the best. The standup isn’t as good. The stories and comments is what’s amazing. It’s better than Stern at his peak. On the standup, it’s not even the jokes, it’s their delivery that is really hit and miss. Same joke is sometimes funny sometimes not. I’ve never understood that. It’s so unreliable. On the pod, everything is amazing. I bend over laughing several times every episode. On stage, it’s ok. Sometimes brilliant, often not. I think they guys need to stick to what they know and are good at. And the podcast is it. Stories.
