They haven’t changed any policies or ownership. I googled and I think they named a new creative director who was previously with Armani. They are launching the brand in the US now, they’re just trying to create buzz. It’s a pretty big company.

People need to realize that when dealing with someone who speaks English as a 2nd, 3rd or 4th language, that they aren't going to say things in a way a native speaker woud. "We would like you to unbox your item in our packaging." Yeah, unbox your item that we sent you in our packaging. Makes sense - Senser wants your viewers to see the packaging. it's part of the whole experience.
Winnie, we all know you have integrity and would never try to deceive anyone for a sponsor that wasn’t 100%. This other content creator is one who feels they are the final authority on all things luxury. It’s sad that they would feel the need to spread falsehoods to make herself seem like the better person and one who’s looking out for other people when she just wants to steal your thunder. There was nothing in it for them except to try to look like the hero. It doesn’t take much effort to look into the company and see that they are indeed legitimate and started in 2017. I did it in less than a minute. And yes, their reps have a language barrier. Unless you have never encountered that before, you would know to ask more questions to be sure the communication is clear. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them. Love the cardholder, by the way!
