I feel you because I deleted all of my social media back in 2015. I was super private and selective anyway but it was just not adding anything to my life. I'm in my 30s and when I was in college, "social media" wasn't really a thing and it was the best time of my life! lol More genuine relationships were formed.

I was scammed when i was younger, turned out to be a catfish, i found out who the person really was and all the lies started to conflict one day i pretend like i sent money to see how they'd react. It completely went left, flipping out and going off on me and the walmart people. I blocked and never looked back. Good thing you had Darrien made sure it was the right person because sometimes the ones clamming to be scammed are the actual scammers.

Unfortunately the police won’t do shit! Something similar happened to me but with a company pretending to be an employer and sent me a faulty check. I filed a police report and was told “if it sounds too good to be true then it is” ... so needless to say , be careful!
