Hi, Greetings from Perú. Your video helps me a lot to understand the concept of DDMRP. I would like to know when you are going to upload the next part with an example in S4. Thanks a lot.

Another point, 22:18 minute, what you're referring to as a maximum stock (top of reversed triangle) is not a stock in DDMRP at all. It's the top of the buffer but buffer is a logical object not a physical inventory. There's a way to calculate the avg inventory in the buffer but for sure it's not the same as buffer total size. I'm sorry for pin-pointing here but we cannot afford in the Demand Driven Community for concept to be misinterpreted.

Correct its a buffer stock and it was already mentioned earlier in the video at 7:03, 9:07 and 8:10

I'm afraid you're mixing DDMRP concept with safety stocks. The slide from 19:14 suggest that there's going to be a minimum and maximum safety stock kept which is not true. Please revise the DDMRP concept. If you need some assistance - let me know.

MRP type D1 is usually set up in conjunction with lot-sizing procedure H1 where maintaining maximum stock level is mandatory. This is shown in the following videos and this is what meant here. Sorry it wasn't explained in details in this introduction video.
