My question is will machines be replacing human workers in near future in india ?

Not at all, human worker cannot be replaced by machine in India....because machine has many limitations. As material to be used on machine is limited as machine could only use prescribed sizes and particular designs of beads for which machine system and its parts are designed. But in India we used thousands types of hand material items in garment.
Secondly, alteration remain during machine productions, which can only be repaired by human only.
At the end I would say, mosty this kind of work could shift on machines to save costing and increase productivity. Garment industry is facing salary hikes and some time labour shortage, these kind of machines might help in overtaking these kind of issues in future.
