Just curious and want to make sure I'm understanding correctly - if taxes are being withheld from the W2 employee's wages on each paycheck, why should I add the tax to their hour rate? If they're hired at $20/hr aren't they taking home less than $20 already to account for the taxes withheld. Are the added taxes in your formula to cover some other tax, like payroll tax or something else? Please let me know, thanks!
Hi Dennis, thanks for this information. I know this is an old video, but I just sent a request for the spreadsheet/book through to your email. Thanks again.
