- साल 2014 के बाद एक पैटर्न देखने को मिलता है कि गुजरात दंगे के आरोपी लगातार रिहा होने लगे। नरेंद्र मोदी को भी साल 2022 में क्लीन चिट दे दिया गया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अगस्त 2022 में गुजरात दंगों के 9 में से 8 मामलों को बंद करने का आदेश दे दिया। तो इस वीडियो में इसी विषय पर बात की गई है कि ऐसा कहना क्यों उचित है कि गुजरात दंगों के लिए न्याय करने की कोशिश कभी नहीं की गई?

This just shows how sad the state of judiciary is. I know for a fact that the government is able to control the judiciary since a long time ago. But now the judiciary doesn't even mind being a puppet openly. At least Indira had to declare Emergency to destroy the autonomy of Indian courts but now judges and even CJI like Gogoi are sellong themselves for seats and money.

Justice delayed is justice denied. India needs to have fast tracked justice systems. And there should be a independent (maybe even foreign) justice department that audits high profile cases. But what is missing in this video is Rana Ayyub. I think her book Gujarat files and her role in making it, should be made into a mainstream movie.
उस समय शायद यह विचार नही आया लेकिन आज की स्थिति देख कर स्पष्ट रूप से कोई भी कह सकता है कि यह राजनीति और सत्ता पाने के लिए कुछ भी कर सकते हैं जब सत्ता की भूक मिटाने के लिए देश के 40 जवानों की बलि दी जा सकती है तो वो बेचारे तो कार सेवक ही थे इन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण ये है कि लाभ कितना होगा मरने वाले कोन हैं और कितने हैं ये बात मायने नही रखती है।लेकिन देश का एक बड़ा वर्ग आंख बंद किये हुए साथ लगा हुआ है शायद इस इंतज़ार में की जब तक उन का खुद का ही नम्बर ना आ जाये।

Justice delayed is like Justice denied but here in this case Justice was not only delayed but was systematically massacred in the same way like the innocent Muslims of Gujarat were massacred.
SIT investigation which was done under the supervisor of court clearly found out & mentions it in their report that the train in Godhra was not burned from outside as it was not possible to burn a train from outside, but the Muslims of Godhra were falsely alleged & blamed for it.
whole administration was involved hence the Court case was shifted out of Gujarat.
One day sooner or later Justice will be delivered...
