@H__.__org-incorparated he'd most likely be ranked near the bottom as I found kinda underwhelming in abilities and fight, his design is OK but personally I don't think it saves him from being higher on my list

How Balisk better than Serpio ?
@poyraz227 it was a Ranking based on my opinion and whilst I believe both Beasts are good I prefer balisk because I see him as underrated
