Hello po may I ask about if yung magkasama yung no crossing vehicle and no u turn na traffic sign also means no right turn din po ba?

magkaiba po ang "no vehicle crossing" and "no u-turn" signs po. sa no vehicle crossing po, bawal po ang right turn. according po sa book: "it is however, permissible to cross the road when executing a left turn in order to enter or leave a facility or location that is off the road".

When a police officer is holding both of his or her arms straight up vertically at an intersection, this has the same meaning as a red light for traffic crossing the path of traffic proceeding parallel to the stance of the police officer. This may be wrong as in that case parallel of the police officer signal is yellow but in your answer sheet is right plz could you explain me ???
