After Jammu and Kashmir lost the case in supreme court of India in related to abrogation of special status of article 370 today. Now, there is a possibility that PM of India Shri.N.Modi & BJP led Govt. of India will comes after the state of Nagaland for abrogation of special status of article 371A - Special provision with respect to the State of Nagaland (Naga hills, Tuensang area). It was inserted into the Part XXI of the Indian Constitution in the year 1962. Article 371B - Special provision (administration) with respect to the State of Assam (Bodoland territorial area).
Nonsense, Judgement has already been declared: 1. Article 370 is permanently put to rest means abrogated. 2. Govt has to restate Statehood as soon as possible. 3. Election has to be held on or before 30th September 2024. 4. Carving out of Ladakh from J&K State and making it an UT is Valid.
