You are so kind and careful the way you heal people. I just feel it’s ridiculous the way people let their feet get so bad and severe before coming to you for help.
Thank God she knows what she's doing.....One time I took off so much callus off my feet that I literally couldn't walk for almost a week, Never forgot that lesson now I always leave a little back
thank you Germaine for that wonderful comment. it is true but this patient he asked not to remove all of it because it becomes too painful to walk if I did. best wishes, Mariob
honestly i'd rather go over than under... yeah it hurts because you get to the "blood level" just about, but leaving any of the thick skin just makes it grow back
@@notimportant3686 The poor guy has a condition that will make the calluses grow regardless of how much is cut, so in this case, leaving just enough that it’s not too bad to walk on might be the best.
I have a really sore callus on my foot as well as several corns. I have treated them in the past but they grow back. Can they be removed so they don't grow back?
I don’t believe it is genetic. Just bad shoes and complete neglect. I used to have calluses in the past; never as bad as his, of cause, but nevertheless I had them. Since, I started using emery board on the soles of my feet every time I took a shower and changed my shoes to minimalistic ones, I have no calluses whatsoever.
The room must have required a deep clean after this visit. I wonder whether the arrival of Covid has impacted the necessity of greater cleaning between patient exams and procedures.
I had that same question! I love looking at these videos and I’ve noticed on patches that are this white, doctors generally remove more because they are so thick. Wondered why not here...? 🤨
that is because it is too painful when you remove too much the white area is when ther eis tissue wetness. if you remove too much it will hurt alot.... well for this patient .. some people can tolerate more removing. always ask
If your feet hurt, so does your heart. The pain is so excruciating, so my late mother would tell me. This patient’s calluses are unbelievable! How does this happen? They’re all over his foot. This is not just a single problem surely? Overwhelming! There’s sooo much more callus left on the ball of his left foot. What’s the underlying problem?
For small areas on the feet the scissors are very large. Don’t you think you would have more success with a small pair of scissors? You cut out the heel part?
Do these people change their shoes after getting their feet back into some sort of shape? It looks as if they have too much pressure caused by their foot ware!
I’m curious why you didn’t completely get rid of those two massive calluses? I bet them being so big absolutely kills his feet. Was he too sensitive or is that something you have to devote an entire session to? Just curious 🤨
I think it’s too deep, she already removed so much skin and it was still there with no sign of corn yet . There’s prob no healthy skin/tissue looks like it’s all callus .
Is it me or is that blade not cheap enough? Compared to other podiatrists Miss Nail Fixer’s tool appears rather dull. I’ve noticed this in other videos.

Crazy how your feet can get like that, thank God for doctors like you. I would like to say that the music makes me sad, maybe it’s just me. Great job though 👍

not really. I've always wore it . Take a look at a show call. miss foot fixer by Barcroft this was filmed in september 2019. I wore full ppe before the pandemic and also i was pregnant so needed to protect myself
It's better to leave some. If you remove all of it, it will leave very tender skin exposed which will be very painful. Also you don't want to encourage even more callous to grow back and quicker. Leave some behind 😊
This patient as you have stated has calluses that keep reoccurring. Does he have a form of Verrucas? Most of the calluses seem to form on the weight bearing parts of the feet.
