I think the brig should still be between the main hall and the fan room. After the "beans" option, you can see that Reggie is standing on a broken bridge. What I think is that the main hall connects to the fan room with this bridge, and henry somehow caused the bridge to collapse with his speed. This can easily be represented in among us with a ladder.
At 21:31, I highly suspect that its intended to be a flipped and altered version of Boss Coffee, a brand frequently sold in vending machines in Japan by Suntory. The packaging doesn't align perfectly with any photos of boss coffee I found, but the logo feels similar, plus the size of the can
The glove is worn similar to the glove world hats from sponge bob. The pompadour is similar to a set of tf2 cosmetics (Hound Dog, Punk's Pomp, Pardner's Pompadour) The pumpkin sort of looks like the old cacodemons from doom

my thoughts on an amogus time line: the crew started on Mira HQ and the imposter found it's way on, far from it's own planet. the crew finds out and they all get on a spaceship, the Skeld without knowing the imposter snuck in with them. the imposter starts murdering everybody on board, and sabotaging the ships controls. the crew and ship crash land on polus, and start setting up a settlement from the wreckage, without knowing that they're on the imposters home planet
you missed the sheet of metal in the vault, referencing when Henry helps dave escape, and he falls into the vault (you even show that scene in multiple reference clips).

The airship map is probobly from the tophat recruits route as henry did return the ruby and it makes sense when backed up by the teaser image and layouts. Maybe this is a timeline where the airship never crashed because henry was a better thief. He still wouldve been at the wall and escaped with elie, but they would find the airship instead of heading to the station.
Theory: after the stickmin space resort ending, the company that runs the space program that the crewmates take part of bought the airship and now they are using it
In stickmin space resort Henry steals the space station not the airship. But one of the space resort workers says that after Henry stole the rocket the Toppat Clan members were all arrested so the airship probably belongs to the government. But it is still possible that Mira bought it from the government

Almost the entirety of the Cannon ball route takes place on the higher floor than the Sticky Hand route. Meaning the room with the ruby is right below the halls where Henry chased the Toppat Leader. The bridge at 4:07 doesn't appear in AU but is right above the Gap Room, which means the Lounge is probably somewhere below the area where Henry uses the glider to get to the Cargo Bay or maybe right before it. (It's also above where Henry went through the vents to the Cargo Bay in the Earpiece route.) Still seems like things had to be changed in AU but the it's still similar to how it was in the Airship. Thanks for pointing out all the references!
I went into the game myself to see that, and found that the helicopter actually slowly gets closer to the window as the timer ticks down, with it nearly right up against the window when the timer runs out.

Maybe "The Henry Stickmin Collection" is a movie, group of movies, or tv show in the Among Us universe and the Airship map is the set for the airship scene, movie, or episode which could explain why the props are lying around everywhere. Edit: This could also be why there is a poster in Mira and many hats and skins referencing the Henry games
In the saw fail in Toppat Civil Warfare, the fail message says, “Thought the other side would like all the other cartoons.” So it’s implied that the entire collection is a cartoon. Pretty similar actually.
