Well I am planning to retire in Malaysia for sure, my top choice. But on the list, Turkey and Portugal would appeal to me too. I have been to Malaysia 5 times, Turkey 3 times and Portugal once. I think UAE and Qatar would suit me too but I think they are a bit expensive. Personally I think Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines would be great places to retire. Never been to Central and South America (as I mainly travelled to Med Countries of Europe, a lot of Asia, a bit of Africa) but I wouldn't mind visiting Panama City (looks very nice). I have been to the Caribbean (Jamaica, St. Lucia and Barbados) but never been to Cuba. I'm not appealed by Eastern Europe though
@@manuelfg2902 Portugal is appealing because it is close to the UK where I am from and good weather too so that is definitely pros for me but I think Malaysia will definitely suit me better for many reasons, even UAE and Qatar too
Outside Porto and Lisbon with 2000 USD a month you are king Many people live in Porto with 2000 USD or less, imagine in cities like braga, viana castelo, coimbra or faro or lagos portimão
I'm proud that my country Perú appears in this list, in fact food and home are cheaper, but I would prefer Panamá because has more development and trading
Language is a problem in Turkey. Turkish is difficult to learn and many locals don't speak much English. I've visited 2 big tourist cities ; Istanbul and Antalya. Had lots of communication problems. Peace
If you have money, you can live comfortable everywhere....Greetings from Czech Republic!
Is there racism there?
Love your compilations!
From Malaysia with positive vibes!!
Turkey can be good but there are large exchange rate variations. Malaysia is very stable. Costa Rica is a happy place to live.
