Hi Jason, great video! I am running a tzt3, dff3d, scx20 at the moment. Am i able to concurrently connect and use timezero professional pbg whilst using tzt3 as well?

Yes! It all works together nicely so long as the tzt3 has fairly up-to-date software. I haven't tried running pbg on both that the same time, but I don't see why it shouldn't work.

    Hi
Why is the DFF3D showing letters in the "3D Sounder History mode"?

I really don't remember, it might be a debugging option.

@@jasonphilbrook4332 Hi Jason, do you remember if there are any adjustments which can be done in the software or if it’s computer related/ something to do with the DFF3D Black box or the software version. By the way, great down to earth videos you have posted.😊

I have a down east style lobster boat
Can the dff3d work on this style boat without putting it in the keel?

Thanks.. Yes if your boat is wide enough that you can measure 60 degrees from plumb under the transducer and not hit the keel.. It has a 10m (33ft) cable, so it can be fairly far back (where boat is wider) and the cable has to reach to the blackbox which is installed typically ahead of the bulkhead.

@@jasonphilbrook4332 thank you for the reply
I just assumed it wouldn't work so that's good news
Not entirely sure how to check that angle

@@mikewilliams-no9cm Have to check things over when it's out of the water sometime. A math protractor or angle finder tool would be needed.

Maybe a straight piece of lumber under the keel with my phone with an angle finder app lol
