To contact the supervisor, first search for Eligible HEIs and RPOs from (research.ie/funding/eligible-higher-education-institutions-and-research-performing-organisations/) and search from those universities. For instance, University of Limerick -----then Research from drop-down tool,-----Expertise.....then a list of schools/Faculty (example Faculty of Science & Engineering.....Civil Engineering & Materials Science)....... then contact the professors based on their research profile and your research area.
Use the same method for other eligible HEIs and RPOs. The procedure may differ based on the institute's official page.
