Got back into siege after around a year hiatus. Sitting in Emerald 1 getting MMR refunds every day. Ran into a guy hitting servers offline for wins too which was a new one for me. Maybe I'm just getting bad luck but I'd say almost 30% of my games are with people who I can confirm cheat. And those are just the ones I can confirm. UPDATE: I hit champ yesterday finally but the cheater problem has only gotten worse. Things are rough.
I've been getting Non stop Trolls, Greifers, and Cheaters. So you ain't wrong. Legit had a match with 3 people on the enemy team hacking. 2 had Walls, the third was Blatantly destroying everything, spamming his Social links in the chat.
I really wonder why many people outside of SEA servers are cheating bruh. I play on SEA servers and out of 100th matches there were only 1 match or so that i can confirm they were cheating.

For the whole mousetrap issue, as someone who has primarily played on console the people I’ve noticed that people who use xim are also some of the biggest whales for ubi. They’re also usually between the ages of 12-16 so their parents are funding not only their skin and battlepass habit but also their cheats

For the XIM, i think another idea for not banning is increased information gathering.. You ban them, the amount of people drop and they try workarounds quicker, this way it slows em down, IDK just a thought tho.
An explanation of the Ela looking at the roof is some players do that hoping someone will walk in right past them for an easy frag, the obvious point in looking at the roof being the gun and player is not as easily visible from the doorway that way.
One thing I wonder is the amount of cheaters who suspect other cheaters because of their own experience cheating. I've recently heard this discussed in the Tarkov community as especially since the GOAT video, cheating has been a really big topic. Essentially I've heard people talk about the notion of cheaters suspecting someone else is cheaitng because "how else could someone beat them". I guess the dynamic is different in R6 because the gameplay loop is so different especially in terms of intel and map design, recognising cheaters is somewhat of a different game in R6. Still, I do wonder how many matches get submitted from people who cheat themselves. My bet is that if cheaters do submit here, which I'm sure they do, many of their submissions are accusing people who aren't cheating. That's my guess, but I'm probably wrong and I guess there's not really any way to know for sure anyway. Interesting nonetheless though.
Ranked 2.0 was great the first season for my stack, for the first time in years we had a winrate higher than 51% (we got 54% gg). In ranked 1.0 we were a constant gold 4 Stack and just dipped into plat for 1 or 2 games before dropping out. First season of ranked 2.0 we hit emerald 1 and now, second season of ranked 2.0, the system seems to overestimate us greatly. We have a sub 30% winrate in 40 games and every game has diamonds and champions (gained in seasons where rank was an achievement lol). We are getting fked and our "skill" / hidden mmr seems to have severely outgrown us. Anyone else have the same problem? We really need a skill reset. Even with 30% winrate our enemies do not change.
Yeah i solo que but similar issue with getting way too easy matches in previous season (70%win ratio) now the game thinks I'm too good or smth and I'm struggling against emeralds with 40% this season (I'm shit)

i wish they'd revert the prisma outside thing, such a weird nerf would make more sense to just make it so the prisma was either disabled/destroyed/stopped giving the notification when thrown into an unreachable location or at least let it work how it used to with a timer, like 5 seconds outside before the "enemy outside" notif went away or prisma was disabled

I use shift to lean right space to lean left, f is sprint, e is interact, q is melee, c is vault, 1 is slow walk, 2 is crouch and hold to prone, 3 is cameras, 4 is utility, 5 is ping, 6 is throw drone, Lcontrol is operator gadget, b is push to talk, v is change fire, scroll wheel is how i change weapons, and t is chat. Also the reason I use all the numbers for stuff is because I use a moba gaming mouse. It has 12 buttons on the side. My setup wouldn't work without the mouse. I made it to 1 elo off of diamond before the rank changes with these binds.
Fun fact xim isn't a thing they wanna ban because of people with disabilitys so they tried to hinder people that use it for advantage and not for accessibility

Pretty sure the main reason why Ubisoft doesn't ban xim on console is because using MNK on console is not banable offense by Sony and the console cant detect if a player is using XIM.
Ranked 2.0 is such a Failure, It took inspiration from Health 2.0, and is now getting Legitimate Champions banned. This is just way too fitting, almost as if Ubisoft expected this to happen, and wanted the chaos. Judging all the craziness going on internally at Ubisoft, it does make sense some employees would sabotage the business.
Yeah my mate in casual he just slaps going 11-2 etc and then me and my other mate are going sometimes positive sometimes just neg, but in ranked our mate who’s good just can’t play well, but me and my other mate both have positive kd and never go a match without getting a kill. It’s weird lol
the flick on his teammates head wasnt sus at all. hes using reduced mouse movement when he is scoped in.. so when he lookes left and scopes out the head turnes way faster and he overaims.. it litteraly happend 3 times in a row right after the first one.

I never got the hate for MnK. I don't think it really helps as much as people claim. They just think it does. How good your aim is, is in the player. Not their choice of controller.
Aim on a mouse will always be superior than two little joysticks in any game. Think about what it does in a one shot headshot game with no aim assist as well

When you aim with a Mouse you use your wrist, your elbow and your shoulder, so you have automatically a better aim than a Controller player. Also your movements with the Mouse are faster than the movements with a Controller. When you just need one Headshot to kill, it is a big advantage to play with MnK
