    Efficiency is what we focus on the Dai to sho that’s what we have learnt from you and from my own practice. Many skip past this and just go harder and faster . 🙏 that lacks efficiency and core discipline

    Really liked what he said about changing from big to small movement. I thought Baji was all about big movement until I kept learning with my teacher and showed me that a lot of things that can be used in sparring is small movement.
