Most of the International Fearnots call them by the nickname 'Fimmies' which was given by the staffs and editors but in Japan they are call LeSsera by the Japanese Fearnots

i know this is a necro, but I think the original name in korean was 핌둥 (pimdoong) and for english subtitles they approximated that to "fimmies". So you'll sometimes see them referred to as "pimdoongs" in English as well. Lucera is just an abbreviation of the group name. Usually I would use the term "fimmies" to refer to the members themselves, as individuals, rather than their roles as idols or to refer to the group as a whole.
There is no "f" sound in korean afaik, that's why it's written as "pim" and why FEARNOT = piona.
