@@LukeRojas logically yes but fans are so sick of reigns that at this point throwing randy in would be better ratings and better crowd reaction. they story of cody beating reigns was gonna be good but wwe misjudged how boring a year of reigns winning every single match would be. they were banking on the storylines and romans cancer ruined his ability to be present in them so not even the builds are good.

This is like if they inserted Triple H into the Austin vs Rock 2 match, like we don't need anything extra. The story is Cody getting his win back after a whole year of fighting his way back to the top.
