Mate your Dugroz section was so beautifully filmed, well done! I still think the filler ad-lib vids is a great idea - I'm sure I don't stand alone with wanting more of your content! I also noticed a very handsome familiar face at the end there - do I really look like that?!
Yea, Ive been kind of thinking about all of the Int casters except Necro (I already played a Necro into the 50s back on live). My first ever "main character" was actually a Mage but I don't think I ever got it past level 15 so that doesn't really count as experienced. As for Wizard and Enchanter I basically know very little about them, I very much do like the idea of Enchanters, I personally feel like they are one of if not the strongest class on p99 but I also know they require a lot of skill to master. The reason I was more leaning towards Wizard is I really want to try out some quad kiting, it looks fun and I feel like as a Wizard I would have a lot less responsibility. But yea, these are all just ideas atm, nothing decided yet ;)
Having played both an ench and a wiz, I'd recommend the enchanter if you're going for a more classic route, get the gear yourself etc. It will be a lot more consistent and you can solo or group no problem at any level really. Enchanters kit speaks for itself. Wizard, which was my favorite char on P99, requires a lot of gear investment to get your mana high enough to be able to quad kite efficiently. If you dump the money into the proper gear, the 30's into the 50's go by really really fast and there's a damn good chance you can start raiding with a wizard. It comes down a bit to what your goals are for sure.. Wizard is probably more powerful and less frustrating than an enchanter can be, but it all comes down to investment with a char like a wizard. Personally I think an enchanter would be really fun to watch you play - a really great class with so much utility and can explore so much of the game.
I will be gearing it up whatever I make. It is also going to be the type of character I will mainly play solo, when I just want to jump on for 30 to 45min or so and don't have time for anything else. I'm leaning towards wizard just because that class out of all of them I pretty much know nothing about, If I end up hating it, ill probably just pass the gear off onto a mage or enchanter for sure.
Would love to see you take on the challenge of an Enchanter. I think you would do a great job at it and find it to be just as fulfilling if not more than your monk, especially if you plan on going the same route as you did with Reptox (classic). Whatever you decide I know it will be yet another great adventure for all of us to enjoy! Thanks again for these videos and keep up the great work!
All Trakanon wanted to do was give the Frogloks a home. They never get a break. Also you should make a wizard with the least intelligence possible and see how that goes.

Greetings Reptox! Much love from germany. Watching ur videos since several years. I actually never played on p99 but always enjoyed reliving my memories from original eq thru ur videos! As a regard of ur plans about future smaller videos... i personally would enjoy it much more ifu would feature characters that have appeared in earlier episodes allready like ur bard or ur cleric instead of making new chars. Best of luck

I spent so long playing the game as just a grind to end game, I'm enjoying it exponentially more through your eyes, and have an entirely new attitude for when I do come back. Flatts assuming you play from Oz, can I ask what the population is like during your regular play hours? I'm in EST but when I would be able to play it would be overnight, so closer to your time (I believe)
fear man that zone is crazy, my 52k lvl 85 ranger on live died like 3 times in less than a minute from grey mobs, thanks DT :) (DT is death touch hits for 100k instantly)
is the footage with Tysidious (the paladin) recent ? He was my guild master when I was playing on the server in 2014, I logged in recently and I never saw him online, I was wondering if he was still playing.
Cleric, 2 enchanters, and 3 wizards would own the whole zone AoE power leveling. Chain stun all mobs from one end of the zone and pull to the next and AoE blast for massive exp

Hah! I don't know if I would ever be hardcore enough to play any sort of warrior. Auto attack 4Lyf, but like I said I could always just make any random race/class combo play it for a bit for some fun and then drop it for something else. Never say never!
Yea those are great, I do enjoy making them and plan to continue more of them at some point. But even though they require less play time to make they still require a lot of research and writing that still takes a fair amount of time and effort. Regardless of what I end up doing, I just want it to be entertaining.
I've said it before, I'll say it again, you and "Guba" AKA "Pikn" are the reason my p99 fix is satisfied when i can't play due to real world issues, (mainly getting a degrre and not being able to play at a pace i would like) and I am deeply in debt to you and the rest of the p99 community
I think the Sarnaks are the guys I spent the time to faction to friendly. I just remember spending a week in a dungeon killing greys for no good reason at all.
Great video as always!!!! Ive been playing for some time and lvl my way up to 45. But I have to say that I feel like I cant do more. Soloing is very hard now and grps are hard to find. I feel like I cant lvl anymore lol. You are very good to be able to get to the lvl you are now! grats :)

I am watching all your videos while building websites. It makes me want to play soooo bad. I remember hanging out in Sebillis for the longest time leveling with all my friends and raiding trak. Man do I miss it. I watch to remember some of the zones I forgot over the years.
I love your videos, been watching them for quite a while. I just started P99 because I miss the old EQ. I decided to do hard mode and made a rogue lol. Good to hear mate, I find one of the best things about EQ is how many different ways you can approach the game and all of them can be extremely fun.

Love the video. Wizard play would give you lots of time for commentary, but an Enchanter would be a much more active class once you are grouping.
