Here's a fun tip. If you put a short 2×4 in your water troughs. Breaking ice is so much easier. Just hit the board, and that starts the opening. And it's not such a struggle. We did this on the farm it works very well because the board floats. 😊
I have found myself falling in love with so many of your animals 😊 I absolutely love when you talk to each one and compliment them, you have such a bond with each one❤ Thank you for being such a phenomenal momma to your entire farm, and even more to your littles 😊
@amandafrederichs9180 Right💛 I always drop what I am doing to watch her videos! I wonder if she has considered adding more of their daily life into the vlogs? Just a thought 🙂
@TheCrazyFarmWife Thank YOU so much for sharing your farm life with us! I was trying to tag farm feed & supply places for you (even though I don't know how you feel about sponsorships, I wasn thinking it could help offset the costs of feed and/or supplies... just a thought 😊
I'm happy y'all might be getting hay, my prayers for this continues. Glad the dogs getting along. Piggies growing bigger, the spotted piglet & red one is so cute, yay Shriek!! Removing the nubs is so more humane than mechanical removal
That little spotted piglet eating and wagging her little tail was the cutest thing! And I just love Vinnie, he's always so happy. I love all the animals.
Good Morning just found one of my OG chickens passed away 😢 I have the same buff orphington chicken I call her Goldie but can you put Romeo in with the goats if it were mine I would since you might not get a buddy for him I’ve seen alot of other homestead do that just a suggestion ❤
I watch another Creator Doss farms he raises mainly longhorns and he has one highland female he has a few older calves and then his neighbor also raises Charolais cows. I believe Chad might be willing to get rid of one of his calves. And I know his neighbors sells his calves. I believe they live in the four corners of Oklahoma
Hi Im so worried about you being out in such bad weather. Please don’t fall or get hurt by one of the animals. You are such a strong person. Many of us could not do what you do especially being 8 months pregnant. I love your videos but wish you would include more of your family life. How are the bunnies> How long is the gestation for the bunnies. What will you do with so many?
@@christychessher1967Chad (Doss Farms) is in Oklahoma. I Think close to Missouri. He raises longhorns. I love your videos. You are so genuine and hard working and have an obvious love and caring for your animals. I grew up on a farm but living in an urban area your channel is such a joy. Thanks for sharing your life with your viewers.
Just a question... is it possible to use a water heater on your frozen water? At least every couple of days. You all work so hard! Love you all so much! Continued prayers and God bless ❤❤
I think the first video of you I seen was when Sammy died. And boy I balled my eyes out. I know the loss and it's like loosing a child. Dog's were given to us by God to serve us they have job's. We all have a purpose but the video of the shitty comments was very upsetting to me. If someone doesn't like what you are doing they shouldn't watch. I love you channel ! I have been catching up on the videos making sure everyone of them get a thumbs up. Thank you for the family content I don't have to worry about the content.
Yeah I have seen both cavles & goats been done with a hot branding type rod to burn it. Also ppl commenting on this, it's part of farm life, & alot of farm life is not all happy & fun, it can be & is very hard to both ppl & animals. ❤❤
I love watching u all, but did u ever think of a trough warmer..I used to have it in my horse water trough and it kept it from freezing, it's electric and it's good to have..
Y’all have to leave the two boys together and get a puppy for stormy being she is a girl and would love a baby.because if y’all separate the boys that’s gonna be twice now that Vinny or I can’t think of the other one’s name up that lost you know someone you can’t take them away from each other. They really do love each other.❤
I know that was hard for you to do but its better to rub that on than cutting them. Just a suggestion ,can all the dishes ,ect.. be tied up close to the outer fence so you do not have to go in there anymore? It is not safe for you or your unborn child.I truly worry about you. I also wanted to tell you I am so glad that i came across your video one day. You are amazing with your animals and your children.Since the dogs are getting along so good maybe you could get another one for the other girl instead.I guess just wait and see how it works out.Sending prayers for you and your little farm family.
And when you're breaking that water up you should be taking the chunks of ice out because it's just building up it makes it harder to break your water up if you leave that broken ice in there
How long till his dingleberries fall off? Still pink so looks like blood flow still? Seen sheep & such done that way but not bulls, bulls always sliced & diced, lol😅
You don't have to agree with it. It's not your farm 😜. Cows are too dangerous to keep their horns on them. It's much safer for us if he doesn't have horns.

I was glad you explained about Romeos name. Your kids not liking cupid because it sounded too much like stupid was fricking adorable.

Rescue a lady Pyrenees or Anatolian Shepherd from the shelter for Vinnie.
Unfortunately most Pyrenees that are in a shelter have a problem with eating chickens or chasing livestock.
I just love listening to youtalk to your animal's. So calming and sweet. ❤😊
Thank you so much ❤️

If Romeo needs warmth and companionship could you put one of the dogs with him?

You must be new here
@TheCrazyFarmWife yes im
I love your husband's accent. Where is he from. Prayers you get your hay delivery.
I could help you with both. But I don't know what town you are in.. I have a good friend who most likely has calves right now. We have hay.
How long till his dingleberries fall off? Still pink so looks like blood flow still? Seen sheep & such done that way but not bulls, bulls always sliced & diced, lol😅
I'm not sure. I really thought they would have fallen off by now.
I got pups ,pyrenees and anatolian cross
Breaking ice sux....hear ya there!
Good morning beautiful
Good morning!
Give him a Teddy Bear toy
What about the owl attacks? Didn’t hear anything about it.
An owl attacked our chicken pretty girl. If you didn't see me talking about a chicken then you didn't watch the video long enough.
Where is sammy
Couldn't you duct tape a big towel around the calf or bring him inside kidding
I was wondering when you are do to have your Baby
March
Is your huspand Australian
He doesn't sound Australian to me as a Aussie, lol
Nope, he is from eastern pa.
I don’t agree with that. You were taking away his defense mechanism
He will still be able to defend himself
