@ScottFisherCFB I don’t know about the ncaa but the school definitely can as a condition for his release from the school I’ve seen bans by the coach for a kid for 1 year where they can’t go any conference school I’ve also seen where a florida school coach put in that they couldn’t go to another Florida school for one year to get their release
The SEC ban is well known amongst the players in the SEC. The rule is you can't transfer to another SEC team after the closing of the December portal. It has to be done before the new year. The kid was misinformed by his camp. The WR from UK went to LSU but it was done before the new year.
It was more likely he was told he would be able to play soon and then was asked to change positions. His awareness shouldn’t be low Florida coaching stability and coaching prestige should be low if you want to look at it like that.
@@Rnrc_Jay 🤦🏽♂️🤣 idc about that I’m saying he was more than likely told he would play but they didn’t say they would want him to change spots. I’d he thought he had a chance to fight for the spot there was OBVIOUS miscommunication
@@Rnrc_Jay man go find someone to talk to and stop trying to argue😂😂 literally just explained the point and you still talking about who is the guy🤦🏽♂️🤣🤣
As with everything in CFB these days this may have changed, but at one point not too long ago the SEC (and other conferences) allowed the school you are at to block transferring to schools within the conference or on their upcoming schedule. While very rare, this has happened occasionally. This may explain the situation, but also may have changed recently.
Alabama had a championship team that was torn apart. Most of the players who left alabama was in the playoffs this season with other teams big ten schools tampering with sec
Man could’ve stayed in Charlotte, been the guy with a new coach who’s known to have a passing heavy offense from what I’ve heard, but no let’s try to beat out the number 1 guy in the class
@@IdkShadow04 because people that don’t watch us often see that walkons generally beat out our more highly regarded recruits at qb and don’t realize the reason.
True but DJ Lagway is a good QB. Probably better than anyone from Charlotte’s roster. Ms State is a bummy program too but at least he would only have to fight Blake Shapen for that spot.
For what? To be your back ups back up? The best UM quarterback in the last 30 years was a one year rental from Incarnate Word. If he wants to develop he should go back to G5 and play instead of rotting on a P4 bench. If he transferred as a senior/junior he would start.
Also it is a great deal of talent in Maryland you have to include DC and northern Virginia. Its called the DMV. BIG Time Talent rich area. Do your research. If you combine the DMV its probably the 5th rated area behind Florida, Texas, California, Georgia.
What do you think is going to happen in this situation? Can anyone tell me the legitimacy of this ban?

He sat behind a Florida transfer at charlotte that did t even play and thinks he can come to FLORIDA and take the starting job WILD 😂😂
He really thought he would beat out DJ Lagway? His awareness should be 0 in cfb 26

Wait...the SEC is concerned about tampering? Seriously?
If only they cared as much about avoiding tampering before NIL 😂

He’s probably been playing ncaa25 too much and saw Lagway transfers out of Florida almost every time. Figured it would be the same and get the spot 😂
Very dumb move. He really thought he was going to overthrow Lagway. Smh. Should've gone to his second choice or Georgia. Go Gators
He would be 4th or 5th on the depth chart at Georgia

Northeast athletes are hella underrated
Great content as always keep grinding man the subs will come
Why the hell would he assume that he would start at Florida?? Could have gone to Mississippi State and would have started every game
The gators are not an Elite program

@ you right
@ that the problem when group of 5 players get better they automatically want to play for the power 5 teams
@ and some of them are not good enough to play for the power 5 teams
Saying Baltimore isn’t a recruiting area is crazyyyyy
He is right they only have one 5 star
Who is from Baltimore? Are you counting DC as part of that? If we're talking basketball then yes you're 100000000% riggt
It aint
it really ain't
Went to high school with him for two years, he didn't start and transferred
Or since he from MD. WVU might be on his radar since our qb room is open competition this year 🤷🏻♂️
He must not be that bright if he thought he was going to be ahead of lagway
Is this brocks brother ?
I think so they kinda look alike
Aaron Brooks
What did Florida's coaching staff tell him to get him to commit? 🤔
He can come to FSU! After a 2/10 season, the situation is dire for Norvell!
Maybe he can go to bama we need him badly
Come to the ACC
Come to Miami

Go to Maryland or an Acc team.
