The Designated Learning Institution number (DLI) specified in the admission letter for visa processing remains the same for both the study permit and the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)

Sir you said that got my attention. You talk about letter showing loan support. I have a question and have been looking for answer for it. If you get a loan that covers your tuition from an international lender, would you still have to show a proof of funds for both living expenses and tuition or just proof of fund for just your living expenses?

Can I do my medical upfront, where my reports will be directly sent to IRCC from the medical center? And then apply for my student visa in Gckey 10 days after that? Can you tell me why it's better for IRCC to request for a medical if I have the option of doing it beforehand? Won't that just delay the application process

Seneca keeps saying that they are waiting on PALs from the government to be issued. They will send applicants who paid their tuition directly to their emails.

Student permit got approved and received POE Letter of Introduction. Do I need to obtain anything else before flying to Canada? Please helppp.
No. Just go with your letter of introduction and admission letter.
And be prepared for any questions regarding any part of your study permit application that you did.

No need for that my dear. It will not influence the decision in any way. Whether you buy a round-trip ticket or one-way ticket it has no impact on the decision. In any case most students buy a one-way ticket and when they are done and want to return to their home country at any point, would another one-way ticket. How does a round-trip ticket satisfy the visa that you will return after the studies when others who did not add proof of ticket purchase still got approval. Make sure you give solid conviction in your letter of explanation to the visa officer about your home ties (why you will return after studies to your home country) and proof of funds. That is the basis of the decision outcome. Hope it helps. All the best!

The fall students received an email to apply on the 25th March and they received their PAL on the 3rd April, but it's not all programs that were given the PAL. Also those for Jan 2025 are to apply on the 1st of May. This is for Fanshawe College.

Please i am currently working in Dubai and have received my Letter of Acceptance and Provincial Attestation Letter to apply for my Canadian Study Permit. I wish to do my Biometrics and Medicals in Dubai and then resign from my work when my Study Permit is approved and then fly from Nigeria to Canada. Please should i do my Police Clearance Certificate in only Dubai or both in Dubai and Nigeria?
I will advice u go to Nigeria before u apply for ur visa. You need proof of home ties and you will not have that in UAE. I have same problem and am going back home
@@Moviesupdates247 What do you understand by proof of Home Ties? It simply means that you have somethings in Nigeria like Business, Building, Land documents etc in your name and your family that will make you to return back to Nigeria after your studies in Canada.
