I’ve been buying from them for the past three years. The hair is good, the bundles curl so nice and it doesn’t shed. But with my latest bundles that I bought about two weeks ago, the smell is so bad. I washed the bundles before and soaked them….two weeks after my installation I washed them again but it’s still so bad.
Overall the quality is good but the smell is terrible and for that reason I’m taking a break from them.

Oh no! It might be a bad batch! Maybe you should let them know, I am sure something can be done. You have been buying for three years and they have been always good so it might be a bad batch

Yep. I believe so… might be this one bad batch they had cause wow. It doesn’t matter what shampoo or conditioner I used still bad.

Do not buy the lace! So many short hairs & it’s so thin. I complained & they said because it’s hand made. Waste of 💵.
