Probably because Kazuya didn't took his 'other side' as a source of power, but merely and alternative like if somebody (like Akuma, Heihachi etc.) can't go down by me, I'll use this
Yeah. It shows that Kazuya is no weakling that has to depend on the Devil Gene. It's even been hinted at in the Tekken 6 Devil Jin Scenario campaign where Devil Jin expresses his surprise at how Kazuya was able to resist the Devil gene for so long.
Even in his ending said it all. He even said that even when he lost his devil powers, he will continue to fight on. This shows Kazuya isnt a typical antagonist where he has to rely on his powers to win. If he has it, he will use it. If he didnt, then he’ll fight without one and do whatever it takes to win. This also proves his mindset is similar to Heihachi, as he never backs down either. He faced Kazuya multiple times and the last one he faced him all the way to his death. Kazuya will probably be like Heihachi at some point, will fight even if means he’ll probably die. Only exception now in Jin’s ending, Kazuya was too beat up so he was knocked out.

I just wished Heihachi came as a ghost just to drag Kazuya back to hell with him, that would be pretty cool and would keep the tradition of never having a Tekken game without the old man despite his death.
Jun standing over Kazuya at the end reminds me of Juns ending in tekken tag. I have a feeling she might absorb kazuyas power, or it might take over, causing her to turn into UNKNOWN
They dont have devil genes anymore. So more likely she’ll succeed saving Kazuya. Before she couldnt because the devil gene was too strong. Without it, Jun can succeed.

When Jin started to fight as Jun and he parried Kazuya, he had a strange look in his face, like... he somehow recognizes those moves from Jun. And Jin, like, knowing what Kazuya is thinking, he says "That's who i am now. Bring it on!" God, there's so many subtle little details in the fight.

I'm waiting to find out that the everyone in the world was also Heihachi Mishima's kids. Because it seems like Tekken can't get away from the Devil Gene saga and Heihachi Mishima family will keep growing with new kids/cousins/brothers/sisters we have never heard of till now. The game should just be nothing but family members of Heihachi Mishima fighting to see which of Heihachi Mishima's relatives/kids/grandkids is the strongest to take over their company.
it's halirious that the mishimas are all descendants from the thunder god raijin with the abilities of godlike power and strength and yet few of them like heihachi ,kazuya and reina still want more power. Hopefully harada can fix that minor error. The mishimas are demi-gods already and doesn't need other source of power. it would be awesome to see a redeem kazuya go back to it's family roots where the mishima begun. Him getting power directly from his 3 deity ancestors Raijin, Fujin and Ashura. Jin has already a angelic powers, so Kazuya should get his own from the 3 deities. just like The Kazama clan which definitely got their powers from the Angels while Hachijio clan is already been reveal that their devil gene power came from Azazel.

Cue the electrics and the 1,1,2. Oh man I never played T3 but I know about Jin's style change and that got me so hype! I can only imagine how giddy longtime fans got!
This is my favorite part 15:02 Jin and Xiaoyu together❤️🧡💖🔥💯
Everybody like finally finally after all these long years
I just wished Heihachi came as a ghost just to drag Kazuya back to hell with him, that would be pretty cool and would keep the tradition of never having a Tekken game without the old man despite his death.
I mean, daww 🥹
I suppose it means there will be a timeskip. I'd like to see Jin's son as next MC.
This almost made me tear up how good this was. This ending fight and cinematics were jaw dropping. 10/10 Namco
When Jin remember all his comrade that support and believe in him when his almost lost to Kazuya that scene really touch my heart.
It’s also sad because Kazuya had nobody. He only had Jun
@@XAMAKA...Kazuya himself decided to throw away everything for power even though Jun still love him. So i can't feel sad for Kazuya.
It's too bad Jin murdered millions
I called it from the start I saw Reina she was related to that old Heihachi
Thats basically every anime character when their getting their ass kicked
Jin and Kazuya are two of the most handsome and hottest in the Tekken universe. I absolutely love this video
At 3:24 as he uses his T3 pose, you can hear a few seconds of his T3 theme at the background, what a detail
Hell yeah, he is now Tekken 5 and Tekken 3 Jin, equals Tekken 8 Jin.
Jin: Finally the Devil Gene is gone...
*Reina turns devil*
Jin: u fokin wot m8!
Really wanted a Jun and Kazuya moment 😢 or just some flashbacks on how they met and such.. that was the only upsetting part lol
That might be saved for Tekken 9.
that's literally Jun's feet after jin threw kazuya on cliff
@@Nakaberil Jin didn't throw Kazuya off a cliff. He just left him there

Normal father and son bonding moment sir
This fight was a big fanservice to Jin fans, and it was epic coming from a Jin fan myself.
best story mode out of any fighting game .... and I am not even a tekken fan. This was just perfect in every way possible especially after tekken 7
15:03 I didn’t expect Xiaoyu to come to see Jin off.
I wanted Kazuya's tekken 2 theme to play, I was so disappointed it didn't
8:07 I'm still kinda surprised that Kazuya was apparently willing to just walk away and leave Jin alive. Also at 7:25 did he hesitate or what? His facial expression is difficult to read
He could’ve killed him right there actually. Jin only woke up with the power of friendship
But atleast i’m happy they made kazuya a real threat. He fought azazel, jin’s group, reina, alexander and angel Jin back to back and he could’ve killed jin if he didn’t walk away
His a Father and that his son his fighting. Probably remembering Jun through Jin why his a bit of hesitate in a moment. If this was someone else he be smiling while killing his opponent.
And jin choose not throw him like he did to heihachi but leave him alive. Hope after this kazuya walk into redemption arc
@@suleyman618 Jin would have gotten up either way lol. He already attacked jin as he was recovering and by the end of the fight jin was nowhere near defeated. He’s still standing strong and not limping at all. Just accept that Jin won fair and square.
Son vs father, the final showdown.
Can’t help but to love kazuya as a villain. This is my first tekken but I can see why everyone loves him. He’s well written.
9:09 this is the best part ❤

@@LEGIONJ1Song is actually called “My Last Stand”
Man. Tekken mastered storytelling. The last few chapters of this game were simply unbelievable. And all the details in this encounter are such a love letter to the fans. Thanks Harada.
No more angel or devil powers. Just a fair, clean & normal no nonsense final battle.
When Jin started to fight as Jun and he parried Kazuya, he had a strange look in his face, like... he somehow recognizes those moves from Jun. And Jin, like, knowing what Kazuya is thinking, he says "That's who i am now. Bring it on!"
God, there's so many subtle little details in the fight.
Guess Kazuya really still did care for Jun.
That’s a cool point in Tekken 8. They also showed us a good side from Kazuya. Love it
i mean.... when he lost devil gene. at the end of the fight. i think he didnt even hit jin but next to jin's head. the last moments of the fight looked like a "lesson" from kazuya. when he was talking about whats important in the fight. also i assume kazuya realized somewhere in the middle of tk8 that its pointless but still went with it since he had nothing to lose.
@@ImotekhtheStormlord-tx2itKazuya wasn’t a good person, but he has conviction.
@@ImotekhtheStormlord-tx2itSee, the final chapter is essentially Kazuya’s last stand. With both his and his son’s devil genes destroyed and most of his forces crippled, Kazuya challenges his son Jin to one last fight. Winner-take-all, there can be only one.

Absolutely An Amazing Addition To TEKKEN. I've Been A Fan Of TEKKEN Since My Childhood & I Own All The Games 1-7 & Tag1 & 2 & After Waiting 7 Years For TEKKEN 8, It Was Definitely Worth The Wait. I Spent 12 Hours Grinding In All Of It When It First Released (First One To Get 100% Achievements For TK8 On Xbox) & I Even Beat The Story On Hardest Difficulty #tekkenfan4ever 🤩👍
If you slow the video down to 1:09, for a split second you will see Kazuya in his devil form along with a purple aura. I kid you not!
Damn bro wtf 😂
At first I thought the fight wasn’t as personal between them until I remembered In comparison to Heihachi and Kazuya ,Jin and Kazuya actually don’t really know anything about the other . First time they Met Canon wise was Tekken 4 and in game was that was like 2 -3 years ago . Overall The fight was awesome I enjoyed it
Tekken 4 takes place like a year and a half away from Tekken 8
@@insertedgynamehere further confirming they just met
They seem to know enough about each other that they want to kill each other in their first meeting though

Tekken 8 Final battle was Awesome seeing Jin past scenes made it look all Tekken games lead to this final fight to this moment I Looking forward to Tekken 9 story
Reina is a Mishima confirmed!!!
100% the antagonist for Tekken 9!!
2:06 the music was in sync with the fight scene.

tekken 3 mishima style jin, AND JUST FRAME LASER SCRAPER ON TOP OF JINS THEME
The story mode did a really good job in tying everything up to this point and that its going to start a new chapter in Reina taking over the mishima zaibatsu and getting revenge on all who wronged his daddy.

What music is in 5:49 ?
Can't believe my comment on Bandai Namco official account about "Jin will integrated his fighting style with Mishima-ryu and Kazama-ryu because he finally accept his bloodline" becoming real. But yeah this is one great redemption arc for Jin and if we continue to Tekken 9 I believe it would be Kazuya redemption arc.
The funny thing is in the secret ending, it symbolize stagnation and continuity of the vengeance and hatred chain with Kazuya doing "Mishima Legacy" or I would call it throwing his son at the cliff🤣
Capcom should take note from Jin x Xiaoyu’s relationship for either the next DLC or the next Street Fighter game since many fans have shipped Ryu x Chun-Li.❤️💙
