Thank You Mr. Bond for your valuable input. In this video the bare act available on the official website of the legislative department has been referred. It is true that after the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019 all the Acts are now applicable on Jammu and Kashmir too but the bare act of Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 which is available on official website of the legislative department still uses the expression 'it extends to whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir'.
